Yes, the story starts around 1973 and then the new parts get added on.Like much of Ufology, this one seems to be a salad of bits from other stories that have been circulating for decades.
I read the Wingmakers material after I heard Al Bielek on C2C. He traveled to 2749 and met them. After listening to the Mysterious Universe podcast show 23.06, the WingMakers story becomes quite convoluted. It goes well beyond some hikers that discover a cave in northern New Mexico. In the cave they find technology and artwork that can’t be deciphered. Once the government (NSA) steps in the story gets crazy with lots of twists and turns and an abundance of strange characters. Follow the tale at your own risk!
In the Wingmakers interviews they're said to be the central race and reside in the oldest part of this super universe. They built seven time capsules, one on each continent. The one near Chaco Canyon, New Mexico contained philosophy, music, poetry & paintings that morph when viewed. The structure was designed like a DNA spiral. The intent was to use them as a defense against a synthetic race called the Animus coined by the then head of the ACIO only known as his security level Fifteen. They sent a probe to Earth 300 million years ago, but there wasn't enough here at the time. They were originally created by Lucifer with the intent to contain angelic beings. Once inside these vessels they lost their connection to the unification field and the project was ordered abandoned. The physical race still exist in galaxy M51.From 2137, Ed Cameron travels alone to 2749 for a period of two years.
Ed is a tour guide and remembers floating cities built with anti-gravity technology and a society run by computers.
The programmers of the computers are called the "Wing Makers". Ed had several meetings with then where they explained their agenda.
After two years, Ed goes back to the year 2137.
