In an early video Erwin actually has a packet of these same lollies leaving them out for the Pixies to eat. Then in this latest one he says not to leave them out for the Pixies to eat as its not good for them . A distinct contradiction by Erwin and maybe a memory lapse that he has seen and had these lollies before and has actually left them out for the Pixies to eat. ?

I think the old guy ment that it was bad to leave them where they was, as the old guy figured that whatever the pixie was collecting, he had taken it to a memorial type of ground so I think the old man didn't want to disrespect that circle in any way, if you get me? Just my guess lol

Also his videos are from three years ago until this recent one, and to be fair I ain't seen them sweets in a looonnnggg time now too

I'd probably still watch him whatever the outcome, he's quite a character. I like him.

Yes everyone likes Erwin including me and you , he has over 154,000 followers and most of the comments on his videos are very supportive of him and what he is doing. He did disappear for some time and a lot of people were worried about him but here he is again. You may be right he could have been creating some more CGI if it is CGI its pretty good. If he does anymore videos I will post them on here. :)

I would love to join him, I live near the cheviot, Northumberland.
It is known for old folklore of fairies in the cheviot. People being enchanted into the caves of the hen hole by music which was said to be played by fairies.
Good read if anyone is interested. Also black Adams cave is also a good read about the cheviots.

I'm curios, anyone else from the UK here?

I am from Wales. Now living in Tasmania we don't seem to have any fae folk down here but I know over there in the ancient woods and forests there are lots of them. I have been in some of them and while I never saw any you could sense something was about in there. There are traces of pixy belief and pixy place names and legends in the Welsh Marches and along the southern coast of England as far as Sussex.

The fairies of Welsh folklore. The tylwyth teg live in caves and on mountains, and are seen dancing in moon-lit nights on the velvety grass, clad in airy and flowing robes of blue, green, white, or scarlet. They never speak and only communicate by signs, and are versed in country lore. They are unable to touch iron. Although they are generally friendly, if mischievous, they covet golden-haired human children and will often kidnap them, leaving changelings or crimbils in their place. This plentyn-newid ("change-child") has the exact appearance of the stolen infant, at first; but it soon grows ugly of face, shriveled of form, ill-tempered, etc. A lengthened form is y tylwyth teg yn y coed, "the fair family in the wood," or tylwyth teg y mwn, "the fair family of the mine." They are called Bendith y Mamau, "the Mother's Blessing," in Glamorgan. To name fairies by a harsh epithet is to invoke their anger while speaking of them in flattering phrase is to propitiate their good offices. Goats were believed to on very good terms with the tylwyth teg, who every Friday night comb goats' beards to make them decent for Sunday.

The Arthur of British history and tradition stands to Welshmen in much the same light that Alfred the Great stands to Englishmen. Around this historic or semi-historic Arthur have gathered a [viii]throng of shining legends of fabulous sort, with which English readers are more or less familiar. An even grander figure is the Arthur who existed in Welsh mythology before the birth of the warrior-king. The mythic Arthur, it is presumed, began his shadowy life in pre-historic ages, and grew progressively in mythologic story, absorbing at a certain period the personality of the real Arthur, and becoming the type of romantic chivalry. A similar state of things is indicated with regard to the enchanter Merlin; there was a mythic Merlin before the real Merlin was born at Carmarthen. With the rich mass of legendary lore to which these figures belong, the present volume is not intended to deal; nor do its pages treat, save in the most casual and passing manner, of the lineage and original significance of the lowly goblins which are its theme. The questions here involved, and the task of adequately treating them, belong to the comparative mythologist and the critical historian, rather than to the mere literary workman. Yes there is . Even down to human abductions. Some say they are the same thing more Supernatural / Paranormal . It's an interesting topic. The thing is that the Fae folk are not friendly towards us ie: Erwin was shot in the neck by a Pixie arrow . Some say the Fae folk hate us with a vengeance after Humans turned up on this planet and drove them all underground way back when .

Human psychology + a need to explain what's beyond the light of the camp fire + hundreds of thousands of years without the internet or even a half way decent cable package might have something to do with all the very similar mythology.

And if Erwin has a fairy arrow, especially one that was pulled out of his neck, I'd like to see it. And a medical report if there was one. If I thought I was shot by something like that you bet I'd at least run down to the local walk in clinic and let them have a look. Come to think of it, if I was shot by about anything that would be true........

Go to the last video I posted about Erwin ( Mythical creature caught on camera ) and at 5:29 he will tell you about the pixie arrow and show you a photo of it.
