Can this be a coincidence?

This mysterious anomaly in southeastern Alberta, Canada was discovered about 10 years ago when someone was doing a Google Earth search:

It could be naturally formed but the face is so well detailed that it's hard to imagine it's all a coincidence. There are plenty of examples in history, such as the Nazca Plains images, where ancient people carved images in the earth that are only visible from high altitudes.

What do you think?

Yes in this case it does appear to be a natural formation.....and most of the Nazca Lines can be seen from the ground. I do find the Nazca Civilization to be quite amazing as the work they did was quite skilled.

Its interesting to note what appears to be a road ends right where an earring would be...

There's actually a second smaller head on top of the forehead area which is a not uncommon feature found in assorted head pieces. The features are clearly defined so it cannot be a natural formation of any kind.

Tlingit Warriors shown in the painting are wearing traditional carved wooden throat and head armor. Note the large amount of blue and dark blue color. Gods are sometimes depicted as being blue skinned.

If the face was more generic I would have called it a coincidence but the fact that the features look so much like that of an indigenous North American makes me believe it was carved by humans.

I hadn't even noticed what could be interpreted as a small face over the forehead until Gambeir pointed it out -- truly weird!

After the first accurate world maps were published people finally saw for the first time how neatly Africa and South America fit together. For years it was officially assumed that this was also a coincidence.

It wasn't really a coincidence as it was still believed by many that the earth was actually created. The expanding earth theory still hadn't been discredited.......and it wasn't until around 1920 that someone put forth the theory they had been connected and separated by continental displacement. But real proof didn't happen until the 1960s.......but idea had been bouncing around for over 100 years.

It could be considered a coincidence if one looks only at the shape.

Not really weird......if you look at the feature just to the right you'll see another face that looks to be yawning with its eyes closed. There is also a nose and a mouth further to the west.

When I was in about third grade the big debate over the theory of Continental Drift was still raging. That's morphed to plate tectonics to explain how the theory of Continental Drift is supposed to work.

Now the debate is about the Expand'0 Planet Model verses Plate Tectonics. The problem with Plate Tectonics is that it's only half an answer, ignores energies from space and or explains them away without addressing matter creation by energy.
It isn't a logical model given the advances in material sciences in other fields. We know that Brikeland Currents are almost assuredly creating matter on earth and this is born out by the cosmology of the solar systems orbitals.

You can see the old guard with petrified opinions still rejecting anything that opposes their belief in what they think they know in subjects like the thread we have on Ancient Remains of Giant Petrified Trees.
Ancient Remains of Giant Petrified Trees?

I wouldn't mind it so much but it limits what can imagine is possible, and thereby limits what we look for in our search for life, because if the Expand'o model of planetary science is right, and it is, then this opens a number of doors for the imagination to follow. Maybe we don't have to look for a quote "another world" to move to. Maybe we can create worlds
which self grow right here in our own solar system.

i think the truth is a mix of both theories, there have been some compelling geological anomalies wich the tectonical theory doesnt explains 100%

I agree......I'm sure there are some that are altered by humanity.....Yonaguni in Japan comes to mind.

But in this case it doesn't appear to have been altered at all and is a simple natural formation.

Never thought about gravity being less because the planet was smaller therefore Dino’s could be bigger thing before... but I like it... sorta makes sense that anything with gravity will get bigger as it absorbs stuff from space... then the idea of earth growing from energy itself creating matter..?? Welll... wow!

Neat stuff.

It's a hypotheses that makes a lot of sense. Naturally this has caused a ruckus and it's countered all the time by the establishment, but they fail to address critical and significant issues as well. They attempt to go round by producing plausible explanations to uphold the reigning theory of planetary formation, but there's many problems in these ideas
which the establishment markets as facts when they are speculation and hypotheses of how Universe works.

As far as the head is concerned, I'm still convinced it was artificially made. There is precedence in the pre-Columbian Americas for such a creation. As for whether or not one sees or does not see various faces, the debate is 100% subjective and, therefore, pointless.
