CDC warns of new Covid 'FLiRT' variants becoming dominant across the US - but here's why it could be the end of disease​

The latest Covid variants nicknamed 'FLiRT' are sweeping the nation after mutating the virus in a way that it evades the human immune systems.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) detected KP.1.1 and KP.2 variants in wastewater sampling, finding the latter made up about a quarter of new Covid cases last month.

But an infectious disease doctor has now told DailyMail.com that these new mutations, which alter the 'spike proteins' of the coronavirus, also appear to make the pandemic illness less capable of penetrating and infecting human cells.

This mixed blessing has medical professionals warning of an impending Covid wave this summer, which should make these sneakier — but less infectious — strains of the virus more common.

This seeming contradiction of the FLiRT variants can be likened to a weapon that is less dangerous than a gun, but more capable of dodging a metal detector.

'That's a reasonable analogy,' Dr. Thomas Russo, a professor at the University at Buffalo, told DailyMail.com said.

'Once they evade those defenses their ability, their infectiousness, is not quite as great as some of the earlier variants'

'But the obviously the ability to evade our defenses is been enough where it's increasing in proportion,' he noted.

The CDC's websites shows that as of April 27, infections are likely to increase in two places - Texas and Puerto Rico.

However, a majority of the US showed a decline or are likely to decline status.

The CDC compared March and April, finding there was an -11.1 percent drop in hospital admissions due to Covid.

Only three percent of the US population has tested positive in the last week.

However, the FLiRT variants are still new and the data may change overtime.

This story is the black pill of all black pills. Nobody will ever be held accountable for shutting down the country. They did untold damage— economic damage and damage to people’s mental health (as much as I dislike that phrase, it certainly applies in this case)… they essentially suspended all of our constitutional rights. And here we are, a few years later, and they still have no justification for it.

But there will be no accountability. No one's going to jail. No one is getting fined. There won't even be a slap on the wrist. And the real reason why nobody will be held accountable for this covert tyranny is that it was imposed by pretty much the entire ruling class, both Republicans and Democrats alike. There are very few people at that level who are actually innocent. The only people with the power to hold anyone accountable are also responsible for it.

Now, there just seems to be an agreement among all of them that they’ll hold hearings, but they won’t actually impose any consequences. There will be no justice. They’re just going to symbolically cover their bases and then move on like it never happened.

One in 10 lung cancer diagnoses in the US are patients under 55, but the rate of early cases has been increasing for the past two decades. And the share of these young patients who have never smoked cigarettes is also growing.

Researchers believe that the way new homes are built may be exposing residents to a poisonous gas. They also say vaping and cannabis could be factors.

If there wasn't so much other crap going on in the world right now, the scale of injuries and deaths from the vax would be everyone's top concern. I was just reminded by another video how the early deaths listed as being caused by COVID included those in the first wave of vax rollouts because they moved the goalposts and deemed anyone without a booster "unvaccinated" — and the spike in "COVID deaths" exactly matches the vax rollout timeline.

In other words ( and let this sink in ) — They were killing people with the vax and writing them off as COVID deaths in order to justify booster shots, that killed even more people.

Map reveals where new XEC Covid variant is spreading across Europe as doctor warns it could soon be dominant strain of the virus​

A new 'stronger' Covid variant, with cases reported around the world, is now spreading 'quite rapidly' across Europe as a doctor warns it could soon become the dominant strain of the virus.

The XEC strain was first detected in Germany in June but cases have since been reported in the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, the US and other countries - with 1,115 cases worldwide.

MailOnline's map highlights all of the documented cases of the new XEC strain across Europe.

It is a combination of the KS.1.1 and KP.3.3 variants and causes symptoms that are similar to those you experience with common illnesses such as flu and colds.

Most people will get better within a few weeks, but for others it could take longer to recover and some may even require hospitalisation as it is said to 'wipe you out'.
