DOD Blackout Drill

On November 4th-6th DOD will be conducting a total grid collapse simulation. We know from past events that these drills commonly manifest into real situations. It matches Ed Dames prediction of the Kill Shot (CME) from the sun. He said a passing space body possibly Nibiru or Nemesis would trigger it. If the grid goes down for a prolonged period it would be part of their depopulation plan.

According to The National Association for Amateur Radio (ARRL), elements of the US Department of Defense (DOD) will simulate a “communications interoperability” training exercise across the United States on November 04-06. The announcement released on October 24 has not been widely distributed to the media, because the drill is simulating a total grid collapse and could spark public fear.
“This exercise will begin with a national massive coronal mass ejection event which will impact the national power grid as well as all forms of traditional communication, including landline telephone, cellphone, satellite, and Internet connectivity,”

There are lots of drills that happen that the general public doesn't know about. Most of these don't manifest into real situations. Drills are essential for keeping the military and emergency personal up to date on a number of possible situations. This is a drill that is essential if NK or another country wants to use an EMP on the US.

Comcast claims it was caused by a configuration error.
Comcast's Xfinity internet service is reportedly down across the US

The outage appears to have began around 1 PM ET. Some users reported intermittent or slow services, while others were unable to access the web at all.

Comcast issued this statement after the issue was resolved: "On Monday, November 6th, our network experienced a service disruption affecting some customers with IP-based services. The disruption was caused by a configuration error. We know how important these services are to our customers. Our technicians were able to restore service within approximately 90 minutes

Comcast's nationwide outage was caused by a configuration error

"Route Leak".

The presumed failure (and we know it was an L3 problem) is that the Level3 backbone misconfigured some of their boundary routers. This effectively does high speed data transfer to the bit bucket.

A previous problem that was similar was due to a Malaysia router misadvertising a low cost route to everywhere and the Level3 BGP protocol took them up on their offer.
