my dear wife/soulmate/lover/partner in crime has a lovely fairie garden. i've built them a deck and a park bench to sit at. have a picture of it somewhere.
Thank you mate, your words bring me hope. It is beautiful to see that some things have a happy...not ending...but story. " my dear wife/soulmate/lover/partner in crime" What a wonderful bunch of words. You are a lucky man.
Thank you for reminding me there is still love in the world :)

I feel that if fairies were to exist, they would not so much psychical beings, but are more of a spiritual kind of entity. However, if they could exist like us, in our psychical plain of existence (some people call this our dimension), they would be inter-dimensional beings, just like the tall-whites and tall/short greys. This means they can change the frequency of their spiritual vibrations, thus allowing them to travel through different plains of existence and/or dimensions. This is also how some, not all alien races abduct humans and others, they change the frequency of our spiritual vibrations, allowing them to easily transport us through space. I can go further into that later if anyone wants. Back to the fairies, there are many reasons why they would come to earth, the forests, animals, spiritual surroundings, maybe even other beings like them that they can interact with, or maybe to be around us humans to provide support and/or help us when we're in need, just like a guardian angel does.

Its said that the Faery realm was here long before Humankind came to Earth. It is also said that the arrival of humans forced the Fae folk to hide underground and that because of that fact they hate us with a vengeance. They say they are supernatural creatures not ones bound by our traditions or morals or laws. Their not the cute little imps we think they are in reality they are vindictive vengeful entities.

I read a book many years ago, I can't remember the title.
But the rough story was a group of UNI students were playing Dungeons and Dragons. Anyway, long Story short they spiced it up by playing in caves in the woods behind the UNI,
One of the characters was call Pardu the holy man.
In the end the uni student went crazy, and became the character 24x7
But it was a hell of a trip reading because it jumped between the game and reality.
In the game Pardu was exploring caverns looking for something, cant remember now. But he met a King and if I remember correctly killed him.
Then jump to reality, and his friends went looking for him, and were walking through the underground subways and storm water in real life. They met a crazy old homeless man who thought he was a King.
So Pardu had met the crazy old man, and his delusion fitted with his schizophrenia.
Anyway the book ends with his friends finally catching the guy at his house with his mum. He was outside.
His friends think he is OK, but when they meet him, he talks to them in character as Pardu.
He has gone completely mad.

It made me think, I hope if when I am old, if my lot is to be one that loses his mind. I hope it is not dimensia, I would prefer to just go into some D and D world, oblivious to reality, and live my days out as a D&D character.
Preferably not a Faerie though
Maybe a knight :)

I only have two books on Faery's one an art book the other on the legends of the Fae folk worldwide. Taking in all the dark tales and describing the creatures from that realm. I mentioned one tale before relating to the Blue Trolls in Denmark who were known for taking veins from dead babies, not doubt from ones they themselves had killed, and they used the veins for boot laces. No really a 'Tinkerbell' story is it .
