I think it's fairly common for dogs to tilt their heads up like that. (I've never had a dog.) That would be less comfortable for a human to do.

I mean all that effort to do that full painting. It must had taken that artist at least 2 weeks to make it. I guess a much simpler cartoon would be enough to communicate the idea.
