Good Bourbon

There was a legal wrangle some time ago and ultimately they were given the right to call it bourbon. That was way more than three years ago. I’ll see if I can find it.

Obviously this isn't bourbon however it a most delicious zinfandel wine, the wife and and drank a bottle of this today and WOW, very very good...

Picked up a pint of Johnny Walker Black while I was out running errands this morning...A little nip for tonight...Planning on getting a bottle of Johnny Walker Blue for New Years this season, that one will hit the wallet more at 280 dollars a bottle...

I'm a Kentuckian, but I think most bourbon is way overrated relative to what it costs. Some of the cheaper ones are really good, like McAfee's and green label Heaven Hill. I was gifted a bottle of really expensive whiskey called "bourbon" made in Indiana that honestly tastes like shit. I only drink it as an occasional sleep aid, and have to really water it down to drink it.

Maker's Mark gets it done for me on the rare occasions I indulge in the high octane fuel. Expensive whiskey in me would be like feeding filet mignon to my dog. She'd love it but she eats **** off the ground too
