I will wake up shower, Eat something spend some time on the pc, Get Dizzy groggy and sleepy, As it stands I'm only awake about three hours every day. It worries me. I want to be awake longer and the time I am awake is all dizzy groggy and sleepy. I don't know if I'm coming down with something or maybe it's just really bad allergies and sinus problems. It's not fun, But I do feel weird like it's an inner ear or sinus thing. This is an issue because It can't possibly be not getting enough exercise. Up until about a week ago, I was burning up the treadmill. Some dietary changes have occurred, I've given up sugar almost completely, I don't feel any kind of withdraw but maybe my body chemistry has changed? I don't know, But, My sleep is so unrestful I wake up to being exhausted and do what necessary things I have to to survive and then it's back to sleep, And It's not something I can really fight, I will continue to get groggy and dizzy until I do sleep. It sucks pretty bad yall.
