Here's the thing I used the tv to play the Beast Body workout to lift at home, but the tv broke about 2 weeks ago. I ordered a part to fix it myself even, but that failed. Now I'm going to try one more time to fix it. If that fails, buy new one.
I can go and run of course, it's been so cold here recently, we had snow about 2 weeks ago in nyc area. And it was freezing the other day. I go run in cold I spit a lot for some reason. It's horrible.
Burpees are the last resort in garage. April is my "off" month anyway, 5 months ON lifting, 1 month off, 5 months tennis and aero workout, 1 month off..
I am at 191 and need to weight 180-185 lbs for optimal for my height (1.82m) and age, middle aged now.
btw going without a tv sucks. I like dvr'ing stuff and managing watching some shows. I've been listening to C2C and Polish radio programs online.. and as you can tell spent a lot of time HERE past month lol
