I went to a palm reader once and was quit surprised really, it was not what i expected. Thing was he was amazeed with the lines on my hands and took pics of them, weird. often wondered why he did that.
Probably realised some strangeness that he could not understand at the time?
I went to a palmist two or three times and they all said the same.
They told me that I am going to grow very old...not just old...but very old after looking at my life line. They also said that I will have good health by the strength in the lines. 'Touch wood' I am in perfect health and have not seen a doctor for perhaps half a century. None have picked up on psychic ability so far.
There was an occasion when I went to the Goose Fair in Nottingham
Nottingham Goose Fair - Wikipedia
I had always been pessimistic towards fair ground gypsies (are we allowed to call them that?) It was fun in a way, so I asked the girlfriend to wait outside whilst I went in her caravan to have my fortune told.
My girlfriend's name was Carole and she picked the first letter of her name and perhaps another two in sequence and also something like the first letter of her surname.
I feel that if she thought for a bit longer that she would get her name? She also said that we would get married...we never did!
The second gypsy that I saw started reading my palm by which she said that I worked with my hands in engineering.
At the time back in 1979 I was working for Midland Industrial Designers as a semi skilled fitter.
I laughed at her reading, having said that it was obvious by the grime on my hands. She never answered me, but looked deep in my eyes and appeared to get serious?
She then told me that I would cross the sea, by which I asked with what?
Replied:- "By plane!"
Told her that I had never flown before and had no intention of flying as I like my feet firmly on the ground.
A few years passed and my auntie on her visit to Cyprus, was told by old friends that the Sheraton Hotel group were looking for the owner of about 8 acres of land next to the sea at Limassol. Adjacent to their hotel and were in the process of claiming it under Adverse Possession because although under my great grandfather's ownership it was not registered. Pretty much how land was claimed in the Wild West. You had to work the land and after 12 years could claim it.
My great grandfather was perhaps a billionaire and practically owned most of Limassol. We had so much land that at the time was not worth much, but tourism increased the worth. That piece of land was perhaps getting near to $120,000,000.
We had to hence fight for it and I made frequent visits to Cyprus and spent months at a time there. We never got that land but managed to get one of our pieces in Kellaki
About 15 miles from the sea at 12,000 feet altitude. We could never build their because there is no electricity and water had to be drilled. Based on that it's worth diminished and as it was shared equally amongst family we still need to have it registered. Instead we purchased a property in Amathusia in Ayios Tychonas my mother's village.
Spent many months over there and finally left Cyprus and the land is decaying once more!
The heat is unbearable and most of the time it is hotter than Arizona. (so I had been told) 42 degrees is not unusual.
I had met many good psychics and one of my first was a girl who sat alone at this club. I decided to talk to her and the conversation moved to psychic awareness.
She started asking me about burying a tin in my back garden by which I thought:- "Oh no she will tell the tax man...lol. Only joking)
I mentioned that cocoa tin that I buried at the Hemlock Stone by which she said it was not that. Some old diaries that I had buried..as my mind started churning.
I then saw myself weeping over my cat as she lay dying in our kitchen.... I had known her half my life as tears were running down my face. She died and I put her in a biscuit tin as I remember the rain lashing down as I buried the tin in my garden. That was that!
I turned to her and said:- "Wow..that was fantastic!"
She looked at me and said:- "Have you seen yourself!!!"
I said:- "No...not me....sorry!"
I mentioned on this forum
(many years later) about this blue rosette that jumped on me in bed....by which I was later told:- "Ask no more...for now you will see!"
The rest is history.
I had met two more psychic ladies involving my job.
The first one was doing that job as a psychic for a living. Did some good work on her computer, she promised to give me a reading.
We both looked at each other as we stood up. She started telling me about where I wa going to live.
"There are fields all around you in the middle of no where...most strange"
Then she started telling me about my wedding. (we are still courting after 36 years) Saying:- "But there is nobody there!"
That was perhaps 19 years ago. We are thinking of marrying but are too busy right now.
What she read will be true because most of my relatives are already dead.
Anyway....
As she was reading me...we joined. It was most strange because we were both looking at the same 'screen'. She was telling me the things that I could also see.
I was enjoying the show when suddenly it was as if the film stopped. I will never forget the expression on her face as she looked at me very sad. Held her head down and said nothing.
It was sudden.
That was the point of my death.
The only way that I can describe it, was like watching the film Bonnie and Clyde with Warren Beatey and Fay Dunnaway. The point when they get shot and Bonnie looks at Clyde just before the firing began.
My vision ended at that point...but she may have seen afterwards? It was a jolt.
The last psychic lady wanted to heal my chakras.
It made her ill for 2 days as she said she that my power had knocked her out. Pretty much like a lightning strike I would imagine.
The last thing she said (jokingly) "Keep at least ten feet away from me!"
