Climate change is happening. The temperature change is mostly due to whatever warmed the first half of the 20th century.
It sure isn't CO2. Land use change and natural warming are the prime culprits.
UCB released an 11 year study in 2015. 22 PPM = 0.2 W/m2.
The direct CO2 Forcing should be:
Fco2 = 5.35*ln (292/270) = 0.42 W/m2
An 11 year study should be close to the 20 year TSR.
Ftsr = 10.7*ln (292/270) = 0.84 W/m2
They were clearly fishing for around 0.6 W/m2 and didn't get it.
Freal = 3.46 ln (C/Co)
For 1900 to today that is about 1.1 W/m2.
Since the tropospheric profile hasn't changed much from 100 m to 8 km, the surface temperature conversion (288 K) or 5.5 W/m2/K has to be used.
The total CO2 related increase in temperature is 0.2°C.
That is bad news. The forcing is too low, there is no water amplification, and the TSR might be lower than the direct forcing.
Even further bad news: global warming increases plant growth 60% and puts hair on your chest.
That is why global warming is mostly opposed by women.

I know you posted this a while back in the thread, but you're right about dark matter being inventive fake science.
To understand dark matter theory is to understand the problem faced by established officially approved scientific
stories.
Ultimately, dark matter was a necessary invention created to explain away or otherwise divert attention from what is considered secret information, and what this really boils down to is linked directly to Global Warming by virtue of how the Galaxy maintains it's orbital plane of rotating star clusters, or arms as it were, and thus the only solution available was to resort to the mystical invention of dark matter.
To explain; the basic idea is that by saying the Universe is filled with dark matter energy defined space as a kind of solid rubber tire. This does away with a number of problems faced by conventional scientists. One being why the stars maintain their relative orbits around the galactic center, as there are no visible spokes to connect them are there?
Now if you have to explain the reason our entire solar system and the star we follow orbits like it has spokes which are invisible without dark matter then you're going to have to start connecting rational ideas up with cosmic energy systems. Ones like the one which feed our planet from our own star for example, but couldn't possibly be similar or the same as the ones which undoubtedly connect our own star to the galactic core.
Now the obvious problem here is that if you did that you'd be open to asking bothersome questions about how the geology of earth works, and maybe you would ask equally distressing questions about whether or not the iron core theory of the earth itself might well be yet another invention. So you see Dark Matter cut these troubles out of the thinking of most indoctrinated experts.
It is honestly a mind control program created for those and other purposes.

Well, the planet has on average warmed since 1900.
We are coming out of the coldest period in about 12,000 years. Warming seems a good bet.
But without correct attribution it is hard to tell if the warming will continue.
If the long term CO2 forcing is less than 1/2 the expected direct CO2 forcing, with apparently a negative effect from "water vapor multiplication", CO2 is not having much impact.
Oh, a correction to a previous post, the measured forcing is:
Freal = 2.55 ln (C/C0)
I keep using log to compute the coeffient and get the wrong value.

What, there's lumps of iron floating around that planets form around? The iron core theory is a 500 year old fairy tale used to explain the magnetic field of earth. Completely outdated but it's a lie maintained to keep the people unaware of why the earth is now changing.
I know this lie too. The education system taught me this lie almost six decades ago. The lie hasn't changed, only the people they continue teaching the lie to have changed. Understand?
There's so many problems with this lie that I don't even know where to start, nor should I, it's you who has to decide to investigate the Unofficial Truth's which the system doesn't want you know about, let alone understand with enough logical comprehension that their lies are exposed for the reasons that the lies are told.

In order to understand the reason, at least in part, you have to understand what's actually at the core of the planet. Once you understand this is logical and reflected in earth history then we can proceed with the why of the iron core lie.
The Earth has a plasma Fusion Reactor at the core powered by the electrical energies of the Universe via Brikeland Currents, and it is the nature of Fusion Reaction to process energy in to matter. Fusion creates matter, primarily water and gases, but also metals and other matter. All proven facts. Remember, statistics don't lie, but liars use statistics, and you're living in a giant criminal enterprise whether you realize it or not. There is no iron core, it's a completely absurd notion. 500 years ago this might have seemed logical but not today. I don't care how much monkey data a shill from Harvard shoves out. There is no iron core.
Fusion is itself a product of a gravitomagnetic field which produces both gravity and which sustains and creates a magnetic field of induction, so it's a combination of known and understood processes which give rise to the fusion reaction and this reaction is a variable power system dependent upon the fluxing flows of our own Star that feed it and which then gives rise to the reactive process at the core. Only in this way is Earth History explainable.
Our planet has a fusion reactive core which also creates a variable climate as a consequence of variable amounts energies that are feed to it via our own Star, and there is a subsequent condition of this fusion process creating matter as a result of changing energy flux's. This star power is the power that creates the electro-mechanical reactive process which power our gravitomagnetic field. The summation of these processes leads to the logical but denied truth of planetary expansion events; one of which you're currently living through right this minute.
The entire basis for this absurdity of an iron core is the equally ridiculous notion that gravity has stacked matter upon matter until the shear pressure creates heat and thus molten rocks which, ultimately, formed a solid iron ball at the core. This explanation coming from people who are clueless as to what gravity even is, let alone explain how it works. Police Science 101 here exposes this incongruous reasoning as a manifest lie typical of most all liars whom skip over critical details and subsequently manufacture data and facts when called in to question.
There is no iron core.
The earth is a geologically active planet despite having spent 90% of its' existence in Ice Ages, and so this idea that our core has remained a molten rock for 4 billion years without any other means of assistance, while simultaneously other planetary objects such as Mars have gone dead exposes a manifest fail in logical deductive reasoning, and especially when exposed for the massive amounts of time that the planetary body has been in ice. Then later, our planet subsequently and suddenly emerges from these deep freezes, rocketing out of these ice ages, reaching extremes of heat only to crash back in to another ice age: The Iron Core Theory is a complete fail.
The increasing fluxing radical changes in planetary temperatures, when seen over large spans of time, are indicative of growing disturbances or interruptions in the Sun's power supply grid which feeds the reactor at our own planets core. Ice ages are thought to descend upon the unsuspecting in days or possibly hours. It's thought that we have several more decades before the first of mini-iceage begins, but of course no one knows for sure.
What is more troubling is that we do know Mars was once very much like earth, that it once was a geologically active planet and that it is no more, and what makes this troubling is to understand that generation of a gravity field is linked to the Star which we follow, our own Sun. Now logic should tell any rational being that since fusion creates matter then it's highly likely the Sun itself is our mother and gave birth to the earth, just as it once did to Mars, but with the birth of Earth the planetary orbits were re-arranged, and Mars became displaced from umbilical cords which kept it's gravity field powered, and which otherwise would have created a growing planet as our own has. Earth is born from the Sun naturally. It's the only truly logical and sensible explanation for all things don't ya see, and so as our planet has aged and grown as consequence of it's umbilical cord it has encountered problems stretching the confines of this connection to the mother Star. The result is demonstrated in the increasing radical fluxations graphed out over time from the Earth's birth to our present time. We can therefore surmise what is taking place with chemtrails, UFO's, underground bases, and other items we discuss here on this forum if one thinks this idea through and ponders the implications based upon the hypothesis I've just handed to you.

It is the eddy currents between the solid and liquid cores that produce the magnetic field.
The solid iron/nickel core rotates eastward 1 rotation/1 thousand years.
Given that the liquid core and planet rotate westward 1 rotation/1 day this creates huge eddy currents due to turbulence.

Technically that is not true. The iron/nickel/gold from the initial molten phase is in the core.
The iron/nickel/gold from asteroid collisions is still on the surface.
There is enough gold in the core to coat the surface of the earth with a layer 1 meter thick.
