CONGRESS UPDATE: The Senate Intelligence Committee has unanimously approved a proposal to require entities holding "non-earth origin or exotic unidentified anomalous phenomena material" to make it available to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) within 6 months of enactment.
Another of the UAP-related provisions in the Intelligence Authorization Act (S. 2103) would cut off future direct or indirect funding to any UAP-related special-access programs of which Congress does not receive new and explicit notifications.
My new article on Mirador describes and analyzes the new proposals, and provides the complete text of the UAP-related provisions of the new bill.
