‘American Society of Magical Negroes’ trailer sparks anger for saying 'White people' are most dangerous animal​

The first trailer of "The American Society of Magical Negroes" was slammed by many commentators after it was released on Friday.

The film, "The American Society of Magical Negroes," by Focus Features, is described on its website as a "fresh, satirical comedy about a young man, Aren, who is recruited into a secret society of magical Black people who dedicate their lives to a cause of utmost importance: making [W]hite people’s lives easier."

The film appears to satirize the film trope of a "magical negro" in which, as NPR summarized, "a Black character appears in a plot solely to help a White character — and then vanishes."

The trailer begins with the Black protagonist, Aren, who is described as uncomfortable as he walks through "a room full of White people" and is recruited to the secret society of African-American wizards. His tutor, Roger, explains that the premise of the society is to protect White people from discomfort in order to prevent them from doing harm to Black people.

"What's the most dangerous animal on the planet?" Roger asks.

"Sharks," Aren guesses.

"White people," Roger reveals, "when they feel uncomfortable. White people feeling uncomfortable precedes a lot of bad stuff for us. That's why we fight White discomfort every day, because the happier they are, the safer we are."

USA Boxing to allow transgender women to compete against female boxers under certain conditions from 2024 after introducing new policy​

USA Boxing has adopted a 'Transgender Policy', which will allow male boxers who transition to fight in the female category from 2024.

The governing body, which oversees America's amateur and Olympic-style boxing, will allow transgender athletes to compete under certain conditions.

While boxers under the age of 18 must still compete as their birth gender, transgender fighters will be permitted to fight in the category of their choice.

They must meet certain criteria, including declaring their new gender identity, completing gender reassignment surgery and regular hormone testing.

Both male and female transgender athletes must have undergone quarterly hormone testing and provided US Boxing with documentation of their hormone levels for a minimum of four years following surgery.

Appointing transgender 'activist' Munroe Bergdorf to represent British women would be laughable if it weren't so dangerous - it's an appalling decision​

When it comes to being an ambassador for women, surely being a biological woman yourself is the minimum requirement. Not according to UN Women UK, the United Nations charity supposedly dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls across the country.

Because 36-year-old model and broadcaster Munroe Bergdorf, who was born a man but now identifies as a woman, has been appointed as the group's first 'UK champion' - an ambassadorial role tasked with helping to empower the female of the species.

As a long-standing and vocal supporter of women's rights, I am appalled by this decision. That a transgender 'activist' should be chosen to represent British women would be laughable if it weren't so dangerous.

The best way to empower women would be to give them senior positions such as this one. But perhaps UN Women UK believe no woman in the country can do the job as well as one who was born a man?

Biden admin reverses decision to remove William Penn statue from park commemorating founding of Pennsylvania​

The National Park Service has withdrawn plans to remove a statue of William Penn from a Philadelphia park commemorating his founding of Pennsylvania, situated at his former home.

The preliminary draft proposal for the "rehabilitation" of Welcome Park "was released prematurely and had not been subject to a complete internal agency review," NPS announced Monday evening.

"No changes to the William Penn statue are planned," a news release said. The park service never explained the reason for the impetus to remove the statue.

The plan, announced Friday, also involved expanding the telling of Philadelphia's Native American history and fixing up the park. It faced a torrent of criticism, receiving more than 2,600 comments on a social media post calling for public comment to be submitted over a 2-week period on a dedicated website.

Half of the members on the World Health Organization's transgender health policy committee are not qualified medical experts - and most are gender activists.

One of the panelists is a controversial Canadian trans TikToker who believes puberty blockers should be prescribed to all children, regardless of their gender identity, so they can 'choose' their gender rather than being assigned one by society.

Another member believes that transitioning causes no health problems and claims the only 'actual side effects' of getting a sex change are a 'significantly improved quality of life... and trans joy.'

A number of women's rights and LGBTQ+ organizations fear the UN agency - whose recommendations are highly influential - has been captured by a 'trans bias'.

The WHO last month published the biographies of 21 experts who have been invited to help formulate guidelines that will shape how countries treat gender dysphoria.

The health researchers who qualified to join the panel have training in the control and prevention of HIV/AIDS with little emphasis on the parameters of delivering transition services known as gender-affirming care.

Ashley - a trans woman who uses the pronouns 'they/them that b****' - is the committee's most controversial and outspoken member.

They have a significant TikTok following where they express hardline views on trans issues, calling for mental health checks on trans children to be scrapped before they are given puberty blockers and hormone drugs.

Ashley said on TikTok recently when discussing an academic paper they co-authored on the subject: 'Is there any reason to ask people to go through a lengthy and complex gender assessment in order to access gender-affirming care, or is that useless and should the time best be put in supporting decision-making.

Surgeon who blew whistle on secret trans procedures on Texas kids comes forward, seeking $500,000 to cover legal costs in what he calls 'political intimidation' case launched by Biden's health team​

The anonymous surgeon who blew the whistle on secret transgender procedures on children in Texas has revealed his identity, saying he's being targeted by federal prosecutors as retribution for the leak.

Eithan Haim, 33, on Wednesday launched a fundraiser to cover his legal costs for what he calls a 'blatant attempt at political intimidation' after he lifted the lid on trans procedures at Texas Children's Hospital (TCH).

Haim in May 2023 released medical files showing that TCH staff had provided puberty blockers and other sex-change treatments to kids, even after hospital officials said they had stopped doing so in March 2022.

'Just over a month later … two federal agents showed up to my apartment in a highly atypical, unexpected, and aggressive show of force,' Haim wrote on Wednesday in his appeal for help covering his spiraling legal costs.

'I was given a target letter signed by a federal prosecutor that stated I was being criminally investigated for a case regarding medical records.'

The prosecution, says Haim, is 'driven by a highly ideological division within the Department of Health and Human Services.'

Officials seek to 'silence whistleblowers who expose institutionalized medical corruption and the dangers of these hormone-based interventions for confused, adolescent children,' he added.

The FBI declined to comment on the case. DailyMail.com reached out to TCH, but did not immediately get a reply.

Haim insists he did not break any rules. Though he released private medical files that detailed trans medical procedures on children as young as 12, he says the identities of patients had been redacted.

He aims to raise $500,000 via the GiveSendGo.com website to cover his legal costs in a case that he says has already forced him to cash in his retirement funds, investments, and other savings.

'Although we have given this case all we have, there simply isn't enough to keep up with the hundreds of thousands we currently owe in legal bills or the potential million(s) it would cost to fight this case through trial,' he wrote.

Maine pushes to become 'transgender safe haven' where minors can receive sex-change surgery and can't be returned to their parents - as outraged community leaders try to slow efforts​

A Maine judiciary committee is moving to create a 'safe haven' for teens seeking sex changes and protection from their parents but critics have slammed the bill as 'state-sanctioned kidnapping.'

The 'Act to Safeguard Gender Affirming Health Care' would enable certain out-of-state teens to access hormone blockers or surgery without their parents' consent regardless of their own state's laws.

A work session on the bill, LD 1735, was scheduled for Wednesday, but as public outrage grew and with severe weather, it was postponed until January 25.

If passed, LD 1735 would enable certain teens from states that have banned child gender-affirming care- such as Kentucky or Mississippi - to come to Maine, with or without their family, and access treatment.

Opponents have labeled the bill 'state-sanctioned kidnapping' and say it would allow unrelated adults to bring a child to Maine for surgery without a parent's knowledge or permission.

Critics say the group — which is made up of trans campaigners and advocates — is biased. One trans activist member has already left the panel amid revelations about their past support for a 'default' use of puberty blockers on kids.

Now DailyMail.com can reveal that another panelist — Cianán Russell, a bearded, female-born, non-binary human rights lawyer — has a colorful social media profile that many would see as too smutty for intergovernmental work.

Russell, a Brussels-based staffer with ILGA-Europe, a major LGBTQ+ organization, frequently posts about their bizarre and explicit interactions with suitors on the dating and hookup app Grindr.

The buff, tattooed activist also tweets angrily about the trans 'genocide', and reposts some of the community's most ardent influencers, including Katy Montgomerie, Erin Reed and Montana state representative Zooey Zephyr.

Critics also highlight Russell's work at the International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, and Intersex Association (ILGA), and the group's historic links to the North American Man/Boy Love Association (NAMBLA), a pedophile group.

DailyMail.com approached the Geneva-based WHO and asked whether Russell was a suitable person to draft advice for its 194 members, from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe. Spokesman Tarik Jašarević declined to comment.

Russell, now in their thirties, was born female but began to transition in early adulthood. They studied at Purdue University and the University of Iowa before working for a series of human rights groups.

In their Instagram profile, Russell calls themselves a 'f****t trans-separatist' and posts portraits of themselves, cats, their travels, and a bizarre series of text exchanges with suitors on the LGBT+ hookup app Grindr.
