I like the look of this one, it's 42 years old... new to me, and I know virtually nothing about it,.... can anyone help with info please?

I think this is real and that the story which goes with it also rings true, but now we have to be careful about these kinds of UFO photo's coming forwards. Anyone who's got old film can also get an old camera too. Faking UFO images with those tools is much easier with what we know today about how to fake images in the first place. Back in the dark ages of BC, before computers, not many people knew even the most basic ways to fake photo's. That was all hollywood secret stuff. Today it's out there to be freely found on the net.

I guess this came out of super 8 movie that's been posted on Youtube.

Don't know if this next one has been posted or not of a UFO photo made by Japanese tourists, Ryo Terumoto, on April 17, 1973. At around 14.00 noon, from the car he photographed Mount Agung in Bali.

After his photograph was printed, he was surprised to see a disc-shaped object floating in front of the mountain. When photographing he did not notice it. His photo was then published in Hito to Nippon (People and Japan) issue in March 1974 entitled " Flying Saucers on the Island of Bali? "

Here, let me see if this enhanced image helps. I know getting old and bifocals can be problematic. Left bubble is un~enhanced and the Right Bubble is enhanced for clarity right? Ok, so it's not this obvious but it's clearly not a bird.

The Audubon Society is however a good place to learn the difference between birds an unidentifed objects. For example, I've discovered that one of the hall marks of birds is that they have wings.

Doesn't look like a bird to me. Some of these half baked experts calling 'bird' on everything they see is hilarious. I sometimes wonder if these people that call bird, balloon , Swamp Gas on sightings must work for the Governments debunking department.

As to the image, I was very specific and told you outright that I had News~channelled the one in the right bubble.
The other bubble, the smaller one is unchanged and only enlarged, nothing more.

Remember this is also supposed to be a frame from a super 8 film. I haven't seen the film but I guess it's around.

Since this picture was taken from inside a building I'd say some of the smudges are reflections......two also appear to be aircraft in a landing pattern out over Lake Michigan.

It does look like reflections as there were several in the area and one that passed by. Its not a surprise that these began after the space station crossed the day/night terminator.

The title is actually quite hysterical......I see nothing that looks like it could be 900 feet across. Besides that the idiots don't even say how they came to their measurements.....and don't even tell the reader what the "shard" is. Since its all just guesses by the writer all it is is a guessing game for the reader.

It was entertaining.
