yeah looks like a frisbee
Actually, we think it's an aluminum bowl. Someone in Argentina found one that looks exactly like it.

It looks like the craft in post 1014.
UFO Images
I'm having trouble finding out more information about this image from 1978. It's been on our website since before I was the webmaster, and although I believe it is from a real case, it's not at all clear who, if anyone properly investigated it. When I run a reverse image search, I get conflicting stories about its source, but there do seem to be several others from the same case.

High APIGuy, Yeah these photos from Officer Mark Coltrane have always been touted as being one of the clearest real flying saucer pictures to be found. And yes they are a really decent example of good-looking pictures that has people scrambling around scratching their heads because they can't find anymore info about the pictures than the same very little accompanying text for corroboration purposes . And I speak as someone who has tried.... but as with a lot of the interesting pictures, what you initially see is just about all there is to find, which is very irritating to say the least.I'm having trouble finding out more information about this image from 1978. Who is Mark Coltrane? … is he still alive? … why hasn't he given a public interview about what must have been a earth-shattering experience in over forty years?... were there more witnesses? …. etc. And so yes, there is a lot of frustration when trying to investigate cases and interesting looking photographs online, but realise that you've hit a dead end. I have not even been able to find any analysis of this picture, … just the usual unqualified opinions about the likely quality of the instamatic camera that he was reported to have taken the pictures with, and opinions of it's likelihood of being a hoax etc.
I myself wouldn't really like to say one way or the other, i'm no photographic expert and have to go with the superior thinking on the techniques and weigh that against my own criterion of assessment such as the witness credibility [in this case my thoughts are that a policeman should be high] … but then there is always the fact that the second photo in the sequence …
reminds me very much of the older 1955 UFO pictures....
which in my opinion, are a load of BS.
…. and so no, i'm sorry I can't help with any further info on the Mark Coltrane pictures... but will say that they're still good looking examples of unverifiable UFO pictures.
Cheers Buddy.

Do you have an explanation for the Lt. Col. Wendelle C. Stevens 2011 rerelease of the pictures with a completely different cover story???
He is supposed to be a reputable researcher.
So you don't trust the 1956 KwaZulu Natal, South Africa picture By Elizabeth Klarer?
She claimed to have gotten on the UFO so it had to get pretty close at some point.
It is claimed that is a picture of a Spin-O-Reno toy plate.
Hi CB, no I do not have any explanation for the 'mix-up'? I say mix-up because I assume that you're referring to the 'Open Minds' article that I too was confused by [also seen it reproduced on a French site that I used to visit] and as it was produced after Stevens' death, I put it down to a simple case of 'wrong accompanying photograph' to a completely different case by someone other than Stevens. ….. Well that was my take on it anyway and whether right or wrong I suspected that there must be another photograph [or set of] floating around Wendelle's archives without the accompaniment....and yes I cannot say that Wendelle's integrity as a researcher has ever worried me... unless you can tell me otherwise mate.
I suspect that question is rhetorical CB.
Old Klarer was indeed a sweet old lady, but imho nuttier than a squirrel's early morning turd. [as were all of Adamski's disciples I imagine].. but could still be proven wrong when Ayling , Klarer and Akon's son has finally finished his higher education at Alpha Centuri prime college and deems it time to pay us a visit.
…. as to the Spin-O-Reno toy plate ? well could be... but it always reminds me of ….?
… could there be a connection? … could Ayling really be..... ?
Cheers Buddy.
Is it real? Here is another upbeatnews.com picture:
Is This A Real UFO?
Well... no.
1957: Flying Saucer Found in Hollywood Hills
Just hit the click bait site out of curiosity and was immensely disappointed. I don't even believe the above picture was released by the government, belying the article title.
huh? he supported BILLY MEIERand yes I cannot say that Wendelle's integrity as a researcher has ever worried me... unless you can tell me otherwise mate.
