Today (September 3, 2023) I published a summary of all of the UAP/UFO-related measures that are currently under consideration in Congress, with explanations of the status of each proposal in the legislative process. This resource page includes embedded PDF files containing all currently active legislative language (all of which has passed one house or the other).
This compilation does not analyze the legislation, but merely describes each measure in summary fashion. Nor does this compilation get into important contextual matters such as ongoing investigations, past or possible future congressional hearings, statements made by lawmakers in interviews, or recent developments in the Executive Branch-- rather, it is merely a reference resource on the UAP-related legislative proposals currently under active consideration.
During the months ahead, I expect to publish much more detailed analysis and contextual information on some of these proposals, and updates on significant legislative developments.
