Water Propulsion System for Cubesats

The system uses burst of water to propel CubeSat satellites. In the Lost Book of Enki it described how the Nibiruans/Annunaki spacecraft were propelled by water. They would travel from Earth to Mars to refuel because the escape velocity is lower. David Wilcock described how they use bags of water in Antarctica then hit it with high energy microwaves. The bags would explode and melt the ice to excavate the pre-adamite structures.
New propulsion system can move CubeSats with water | Daily Mail Online
Researchers have developed a new micropropulsion system that uses bursts of ‘ultra-purified water’ to drive small satellites.

The system designed for CubeSats uses tiny capillaries to capture water and turn it into vapour, allowing it to create thrust using technology much like that of an inkjet printer.

This technique could be used for altitude control and other types of maneuvers in small spacecraft, and even holds potential to use water-rich worlds, such as the Martian moon Phobos, as ‘gas stations in space.’

That's a good question. They would have to keep the reservoir heavily insulated.
The Temperatures of Outer Space Around the Earth
The average temperature of empty space between celestial bodies is calculated at 3 kelvins (minus 270.15 degrees Celsius or minus 457.87 degrees Fahrenheit). Absolute zero, the temperature at which absolutely all activity stops, is zero kelvins (minus 273.15 degrees Celsius or minus 459.67 degrees Fahrenheit).
