It was a balmy 5 degrees this morning in south central PA. It was made worse with heavy winds. When it’s that cold the house is damn near impossible to get heated up. Tuesday should bring us mid 20s. Luckily the snow we received Sunday is nearly gone.

It's been very cold here the last three days, I don't usually fire up the propane heaters unless the temps stay below freezing ongoing as it has been since Sunday, I like propane heat, it doesn't zap the humidity out of the house like my heat pump or infrared heater does...I wish I had a wood stove, my favourite kind of heat, keep a pot of water on top of the stove and yeah, bone warming heat, nothing like wood...I'd say propane comes in second behind wood for my choice of heating, so close to wood propane is in warming the bones and the blood flowing...
I say this as I stand ever so close to the propane heater after being outside with my dog, that heat feels sooooooo good right now lol...

Yes, all my life. Its usually not this mild this time of the year,& its been kinda odd the last few years, all our bad weather has went either north or south of us. I`m not complaining though cause i hate the cold.

Yeah. Some of my family is only a couple of hundred yards off the lake and the dogs can't even function outside to do their business. Dangerous. Even in an ordinary winter that wind will snatch your breath away. Can't imagine this.
