I was on Craigslist the other day, doing a pretty routine search for a certain model of vehicle. I've had several and they work great for me, but they have not been built since Dubya was president and nice ones are getting scarce. Most have well over 200,000 miles on them, just like my current one. Anyway, since you can move your specific search from town to town on Craigslist with a couple of mouse clicks, I was looking in New Mexico and not finding much. I decided to go to the car capital of the West, Los Angeles. Mouse clicking my way there meant Phoenix was right on the way.

Holy shit! Cars are cheap in Phoenix. Schorrberg could be driving a very nice ten year old car for next to nothing, even with his radioactive credit rating. I mean, he could be driving a really nice car for $200 per month and have it paid off in a couple of years. If he could just bring his entitled self to stoop to such a low level of status. Get rid of your welfare Cadillac, moron!

As for my search, I was looking for what most people would think of as an SUV, but I use them as trucks. There were plenty of nice shiny ones in Phoenix, for cheap, but they were all two-wheel-drive versions. I live in the mountains where it snows a lot, so that's out. When my search came up on the Phoenix page, I was thinking I probably needed to look at what a plane ticket would cost, but the AWD model is pretty rare there. Same with L.A. Oh well. I'll keep using the '03 until something better comes along.

He doesn't need a car so even $200 is too much. He needs to get a job that pays him money instead of costing him money. Even if the car was free it would still cost in terms of gas and maintenance. The guy literally does nothing except sit on his computer or watch TV. A car is completely unnecessary.

Implying you can't sleep. I doubt this is true but even if it was it would never be guilt or remorse over all the people you have ripped off. No instead it would be all because you are worried about your poor little self and how you will buy your next overpriced gadget.

How the hell does that work? How does "juggling" reservations create more room? A hotel/motel has a certain number of rooms if they are booked they are booked. You can't create more room by swapping things around. Like most of your drivel it makes no sense. Further why would the hotel be going out of their way to do extra work for you every other day when they could just rent their room to a normal person who won't be a constant pain to them?

Ditch the car and get a real job you moron.

No it doesn't. If we believe that you are driving for ride sharing services (which personally I think is bullshit) it means that it is insufficient to cover the costs of car ownership AND bring you extra income.

The solution (for anyone who isn't a moron) is to get rid of the car and find a job that brings in more net income (and that would be pretty much any job that doesn't require a $700/month on a car payment).

Those jobs are everywhere. Go work at a coffee shop, DIY store, Walmart etc - of course you won't because you have no interest in actually working, you just want handouts so you can sit on your rear end all day and watch Netflix.

You always need help you pathetic loser.

The only help that would work though is for someone else to take over your finances so you can't spend them on things you don't need (and for someone to take away your ability to send emails). You will be remembered as the biggest deadbeat and joke in the UFOlogy scene. Great legacy.

number 29 .. he did not reach this point last year until March 12th!
note the exit of the store from the narrative!

if my father in law can work part time as a greeter at Walmart so can Gene!
My father in law loves to talk about world war 2 . Gene can talk about super girl!
no wonder he had a guest walk on him.

I agree that he could get along just fine without a car, even in a place like Phoenix which is built around cars more than people, but he'll never be without one as long as he can still get his hands on one. If he could pull his head out of his ass for a day or two, he could just dump his prize off where he bought it and throw someone the keys. It's not like it would hurt his credit. Then he could go down the street to a Buy Here, Pay Here Weekly lot and buy something decent for a fraction of what he's paying now.

Regarding the landlord you cite, not naming Mrs. Steinberg in the initial eviction (with her husband), was an oversight on his part; legally speaking, having not been named in the eviction, she could have continued to squat, this was his motivation for naming her in an eviction proceeding after the fact (or after Mr. Steinberg's eviction), regardless of how Steinberg spins it.

To be clear: Steinberg DOESN'T NEED help as demonstrated by his proven income via the bankruptcy documents. I might add, that income didn't include his scam money or income from Uber or Lyft (assuming he drives for either to any meaningful degree as he says). It's a reasonable assumption that Steinberg's income surpasses that of many of his victims.

The fact that people continue to swallow his "poor me" stories, and that his crimes of fraud and grifting are erroneously mislabeled as or dumbed down to "begging," even by those who are most critical of Steinberg indicates that he still controls the narrativeand the con continues. To be clear, beggingisn't against the law, fraud is–he is keenly aware of this. Thus, vocal critics, which now are many (thanks Mr. Brewer, et al) are appeasing Steinberg, giving him a smokescreen by default and leaving the door open for more (gullible) victims.

Many of these critics have acknowledged being hoodwinked by Steinberg, and have given him money. If those same people filed complaints with the proper authorities (links listed within Mr. Brewer's articles and or the comments sections) rather than pontificating about his alleged circumstances, Steinberg's rein of grifting would come to an end.

Finally, remember BIEDNY'S RULES OF STEINBERG:

1). Don't believe anything Gene Steinberg says.

2). Always refer to rule 1.

"I nearly lost the motel room yesterday, but the front desk juggled some reservations to allow me to stay here."
How the hell does that work? How does "juggling" reservations create more room?
Anyone who could pull that off would not need a job! They'd be just like Schnorrberg, except extremely wealthy. And probably not an asshole. Or even a liar. Okay, they'd be nothing like Schnorrberg.

Small, but curious, point. Since directly questioning GS about the good standing of his LLC’s I now
notice that in his Paracast snooze-letter that the copyright 1999-2019 is now attributed to “the Paracast Company” - I couldn’t see any registration of a company under that name - so presumably he’s just made it up?

Interesting statement in his latest snooze-letter:

Considering my line of work, I could easily embellish such experiences and turn them into something truly paranormal. If I were writing fiction, it wouldn’t be a problem.

But I have too much respect for factual reporting to get involved in that game.”
