I almost fell off the couch when I heard NORAD's Gen. Van Herck say that there have been multiple incursions that went undetected because we lack the capability to detect things like that, the systems are designed for other purposes. He said they went back and 'forensically' figured this out, that they were unaware of it in real time.

.....and THESE are the people you think have secret UFO data ? They got Santa's tracking info too. They want to speak publicly about their capability confine it to Kris Kringle. You can't detect a ****ing balloon how are you going to detect an advanced spaceship?

Well crap, sometimes you hear something so outrageous you have to wonder if it might be true. It would certainly give concrete explanation as to why the Chinese would do this in the first place - because they can. Makes sense, actually, more so than what I posted from the BBC yesterday.

But what I'm hearing is pure political blame deflection. It doesn't matter to me if what NORAD is saying is true or not, to make that public admission is shocking. Following it, jamming it, picking up the pieces - great idea. THIS horseshit ? Christ on a crutch I bet Curtis LeMay is spinning in his grave and might just pop back out of it to go slap someone's face. Humiliating nonsense for political benefit. Add that to the list of Woke foolishness they've inflicted on the volunteer military.

Republican councilwoman, 30, is gunned down behind the wheel of her SUV outside her home: New Jersey mother was shot multiple times in 'targeted' attack while driving

A New Jersey Councilwoman has been gunned down outside of her home and police say she was the 'intended target' of the shooting.

Eunice Dwumfour, 30, was found dead in her white Nissan SUV after it crashed near her home on Point of Wood Drive in New Jersey.

The Republican mother-of-one was found with multiple gunshot wounds and pronounced dead at the scene.

Witnesses claim that the suspected gunman was spotted racing away from the Camelot at La Mer apartment complex, and a 911 call was placed at 7.22pm.

Authorities say that the councilwoman, who worked for a Nigerian-based church group, was the intended target – but have not given a motive.

Her white SUV was seen being removed from the scene by authorities in the early hours of the morning.

She ousted the sitting Democrat in the Borough of Sayreville in November 2021, in a shock election win, and was not up for reelection until 2024.

Mrs.PF and I were chatting over coffee talking about these shootings and the SOTU address.

Trump is blamed for anything and everything and the endless shrieking and hair pulling from the Left has just become a constant drone I tune out. But it doesn't mean there isn't any truth to it. Remember the 2016 Republican primaries ? He waded through sixteen career politicians like they were wet tissue because he spoke very, very directly and that was what many yearned for. Myself included. Tired of having elected officials pissing on my head telling me it's raining.

Then all of a sudden it was dick jokes, all sorts of other base nonsense that were never part of the political process. I think it started with Marco Rubio. Yeah, him telling a fired up crowd at his rallies he'd pay their legal bills absolutely led directly to people hitting one another. He brought a level of true Reality TV to the political arena and now that the report card has come in it wasn't a good move for anyone.

For the Left, however you'd like to characterize it, the reaction is nothing to brag to Mom about. But I think the other end of the process that started with dick jokes was Pelosi ripping up Trump's speech. THAT level of rancor has infected everything and what we saw the other night was a continuation of that process. Marjorie Taylor Green should have stuck to running a gym - which she may or may not have been good at. In other times she couldn't be elected dog catcher but here we are.

This is old school, but somehow Tip O'Neil being upset he couldn't go to Reagan's birthday party because of political optics seems somehow quaint by comparison, eh? I know that base rancor has existed in the past and has been washed away by history but we could use some Tip O'Neil sauce on this shitburger we managed to cook.

Second batch of Biden documents found in the GARAGE at his Wilmington home: President struggles to read off script when asked: 'Classified materials, next to your Corvette? What were you thinking?'

Joe Biden's Special Counsel Richard Sauber said the files were found in the garage of the President's Wilmington home (top right) and immediately handed over to the National Archives. Biden (left) responded to a question Thursday when pressed how he could have classified materials 'next to your Corvette' – a reference to his classic 1967 Stingray (inset). 'By the way, my Corvette's in locked garage, okay? It's not like it's sitting out in the street,' Biden shot back. He confirmed the documents were kept in a lock garage. 'Yes - as well as my Corvette,' he told Peter Doocy of Fox News. The disclosure comes as the White House face multiple questions on why the discoveries have not been revealed until now and who was handling them. The first set of files, found a week before the November midterms, was located in a locked closet at the Penn Biden Center (bottom right) in Washington D.C. They are believed to have contained information on Iran, Ukraine, the United Kingdom and personal family information including documents about late son Beau's funeral.

Artificial intelligence (AI) and politics have become increasingly intertwined in recent years, as AI technologies have been used to support various political processes and decision-making. Here are some ways AI is being used in politics today:

  1. Campaigning: Political campaigns use AI tools to analyze data and target voters with personalized messages. This can help campaigns better understand voter opinions and preferences, and tailor their messaging accordingly.
  2. Political Decision Making: AI is being used to analyze large amounts of data and provide insights for policymakers, helping them make informed decisions on a variety of issues.
  3. Election Integrity: AI is being used to detect and prevent electoral fraud and to ensure the accuracy of vote counts.
  4. Public Opinion Analysis: AI tools are being used to analyze social media and other online platforms to gauge public opinion on various issues, including political campaigns and public policies.
  5. Predictive Analytics: AI is being used to predict the outcome of elections and to help political parties and candidates make strategic decisions.
Overall, AI has the potential to positively impact politics by providing decision makers with more accurate and relevant information, improving the efficiency of political processes, and increasing transparency and accountability. However, it is important to ensure that AI technologies are developed and used in an ethical and responsible manner, to avoid potential negative consequences such as biased decision making or the violation of privacy rights.

So we have (likely) a Chernobyl level chemical crisis in Ohio, the military shooting down targets in North American airspace for the first time since WW2, and hundreds of thousands of invaders at our southern borders, (these people are not just Latinos), and too many economic problems to count on two hands and Biden says our state of the union is good...This current government is by far the worst I've ever seen in my lifetime...

I never heard of Mike DeWine before but I watched the press conference yesterday. I began by mocking him and saying that he was one short costume hop away from doing a spot on Herr Todt and demanding something from Doctor Jones.....

Then I listened to him speak. We actually have a governor who sounds normal and in charge and can speak well. I had no idea we had any left and it was refreshing. I don't care if this guy's a bonafide Commie - for once it sounds like someone's actually in charge and not just talking empty bullshit.

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg now blames TRUMP administration for hampering rail safety as Republicans criticize his lack of response to catastrophic Ohio train derailment

Transportation Sec. Pete Buttigieg is pointing to the Trump administration after Republicans accused him of not doing enough to assist with the train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio.

The 41-year-old former mayor pushed back against claims his department was not helping enough with the fiery derailment that forced some 5,000 from their homes in a thread on Twitter.

Buttigieg pointed specifically to an electronic brake rule the Trump administration repealed and his own Transportation Department has made no effort to bring back.

'We're constrained by law on some areas of rail regulation (like the braking rule withdrawn by the Trump administration in 2018 because of a law passed by Congress in 2015), but we are using the powers we do have to keep people safe,' Buttigieg wrote on Twitter.

Though the Trump administration did roll back a regulation requiring modern braking systems on some trains, the Obama administration had already hollowed out that rule so much so that the modern braking systems would not have been required on the train that derailed in East Palestine.

The 2015 Obama-era rule required trains carrying crude oil and some other chemicals to use electronically controlled pneumatic (ECP) brakes but left out many other hazardous chemicals after industry pressure.

Then in 2017 Trump's Transportation Department under Sec. Elaine Chao rolled back the ECP brake rule even further.

The Department of Transportation's Pipelines and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) said at the time that the safety benefits 'do not exceed the associated costs' and were not 'economically justified.'

Norfolk Southern, the company that owned the train that veered off-track in East Palestine, previously touted the technology as having the 'potential to reduce train stopping distances by as much as 60 percent over conventional air brake systems.'

But ultimately it lobbied for the rule's repeal, telling regulators it would 'impose tremendous costs without providing offsetting safety benefits.'

Biden stumbles through answer over East Palestine visit: 'Who's Zooming who?'

President Biden told reporters that he has no plans to visit East Palestine, Ohio, and pointed to a "whole video Zoom" that he conducted on the train derailment.

Biden made the comments on Friday evening as he was leaving the White House to go to his Wilmington, Delaware residence.

"Are you planning to travel to East Palestine, Ohio?" a reporter asked.

"At this point, I'm not. I did a whole video, I mean, um, what the hell, on…" Biden said as he struggled to find his next words.

"Zoom?" a reported interjected.

"Zoom!" All I can think of every time I think of Zoom is that song in my generation, ‘Who’s Zooming who?" Biden said.

Biden refuted allegations that his administration isn't doing enough in its response to the derailment, stating that his administration was on the scene of the derailment shortly after it happened.

Environmental activist Erin Brockovich urged residents in East Palestine, Ohio to documents any health effects they are experiencing following the devastating train derailment that was carrying hazardous chemicals. Some residents this month say they have been diagnosed with bronchitis and other conditions that doctors and nurses suspect are linked to the chemical exposure.

"You need to be vigilant you need to journal, you need to document information," Brockovich said to a room full of residents in a town hall meeting on Friday, Feb. 24. "I will be talking tonight because we want you to get information that you can take home, so you're better informed, so you have a better understanding."

Maryland mayor arrested on 56 child pornography charges called Pete Buttigieg his 'buddy' and 'mentor' for helping him navigate politics as a gay man - and visited the White House at least six times

Maryland mayor Patrick Wojahn, who has been busted on 56 child pornography charges, called embattled Biden administration Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigeig his 'buddy' and 'mentor.'

Wojahn, 47, was taken into custody after having his home searched on February 28 and stepped down from his role before being arrested this week.

He attributed his career success to Buttigeig, who recently came under fire for his handling of a train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, which dumped chemicals into the town.

Wojahn and Buttigeig have been spotted in several high-profile situations including at the White House during an event during the Obama administration.
