Biden bizarrely ends Connecticut speech with 'God Save the Queen,' sparking uproar: 'Truly incapacitated'

President Biden caused an uproar of confusion Friday after closing his remarks at a Connecticut summit on gun control reform ended with a phrase more closely identified with the country that his previously declared its independence from.

As he closed his speech at the National Safer Communities Summit in West Hartford, Biden told the crowd a storm might be approaching the area and that he would be unable to shake hands with all attendees.

He also uttered another iconic line once used toward a student who questioned him about his fourth-place standing in the 2020 Iowa caucuses:

"Is that the truth? Now, do not make a lie – as that scene in the John Wayne movie – don't make me a dog-faced, lying, pony-soldier," Biden said, this time about the reported incoming storm.

"I will stand in front of each section – no, I really mean it -- if you can see the camera they can see you. It is the least consequential part of this whole meeting for you, I promise," he said.

To the confusion of observers, he concluded, "All right. God Save the Queen, man," before looking around to figure out where to walk offstage.

I finally saw it. The "best" part is that he was unruffled. He didn't appear to think he goofed or anything.

I've often wondered if President Biden's behavior and remarks have always been strange and clueless, and it is just more on display now that he is President.

Supreme Court STRIKES DOWN Biden's $400 billion student loan forgiveness: Six Justices rule president does not have authority to cancel debt of millions in landmark ruling

Supreme Court strikes down Biden's student loan forgiveness
The court ruled against Biden's controversial plan to wipe out loans for around 20 million Americans that was blocked by the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in October. The plan would have eradicated $10,000 in debt for borrowers earning less than $125,000 and up to $20,000 for those with Pell Grants. But it was challenged by six Republican states and two borrowers who argued Biden should have sought approval from Congress for a plan using substantial taxpayer funds. Millions of Americans haven't had to repay their loans for three-and-a-half years because of a COVID pandemic freeze.

US seeing an 'across-the-board human capital crisis' not seen in decades, budget watchdog says

Revealing just how costly Biden administration policies are for the average American household, a top economist and budget watchdog warned of an economic "crisis" not seen in years.

"This is an across-the-board human capital crisis like we haven't seen for decades," Casey Mulligan, University of Chicago professor and former chief economist at the White House Council of Economic Advisers, said on "Fox & Friends" Friday. "And that's hurting our economy and it hurts regular people in their everyday lives."

In a recent report authored by Mulligan that compares fiscal impact between the Obama, Trump and Biden administrations, data showed U.S. households facing $10,000 worth of extra costs, mostly from automobile, fuel economy and emissions standards.

When evaluating what added costs Americans would have faced under a second consecutive Trump administration, the average U.S. household was estimated to save $21,000 over eight years.

White House cocaine mystery deepens as Secret Service says it was found in the West Wing and NOT the library: Joe and Hunter's July 4 celebrations clouded in controversy as agents try and track down who was responsible for dropping drugs

The White House was engulfed in scandal during President Joe Biden's Fourth of July celebrations as the Secret Service hunted for whoever was responsible for leaving cocaine in the West Wing.

Hunter Biden was among the first family members at 1600 Pennsylvania for the festivities just hours after it was confirmed a white powder that sparked a hazmat situation contained traces of the illicit drug.

The White House has stayed silent on the shocking discovery on Sunday night that forced an evacuation while the president was in Camp David with his recovering drug addict son Hunter.

The mystery of the cocaine also deepened on Tuesday afternoon when Secret Service officials said it was found in the West Wing - an area used by members of the Biden administration, White House staff and hundreds of journalists.

Radio dispatches by the D.C. Fire Department and reviewed by DailyMail.com, suggested the substance had been found in the library two floors below the private White House residence – and part of the public tour.

The West Wing, where officials claim the cocaine was discovered, is the activity center for the White House.

It includes the Oval Office, offices for the president's executive staff, Cabinet Room, Roosevelt Room and the press briefing room where dozens of members of the White House press corps gather for work every day.

Both career and political White House staff traverse the West Wing on a daily basis.

The sheer number of individuals in that space daily spans all the way up to the president's closest advisers down to cleaning and maintenance staff.

Following initial reports that the white powder substance was found in the library and was confirmed as cocaine, trolls began to speculate that President Biden's addict son Hunter Biden was the source of the illicit drug making it into the White House.

The White House library, however, is located in the executive residence and is part of the tour where members of the public regularly walk through. It is also two floors below the first family's living quarters.

The Biden family arrived back at the White House for Independence Day celebrations Tuesday morning as the Secret Service continued its investigation.

The RFK Jr workout videos startled me. THAT was a surprise.

I've already seen haters bashing what he's doing. True a 135lb incline bench is nothing to brag about and those eight or so pushups look awfully lame but who knows what he had been doing prior to that. Regardless that 69 year old man is in fantastic shape. I regularly see people at the gym half his age that can't do that.

The main problem is that those who are criticizing RFK Jr have a nice tire around their middle and can barely get into the position to do a push-up.

I haven't been paying too much attention to him. Saw him on tv once and he seemed really shaky and had a runny nose. Underwhelming and I just moved on. So I guess I'll have to take a second look but he seems a tad ...... extreme in some things. Looks to me like he's been specifically training for appearance - bodybuilding - not necessarily strength. He's done a great job - that's a hell of a lot of strict diet and exercise right there. He's putting real effort into his image.

It'll go nowhere. They're just going to anoint Biden again, even if he's dead, Weekend at Bernie's style.

Biden LAUGHS OFF White House cocaine scandal and refuses to answer reporters' questions - while press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre suggests the drug found in West Wing belonged to a visitor

President Joe Biden on Wednesday again ignored questions about the cocaine discovered at the White House while his press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre implied it was brought in by a member of the public. Jean-Pierre, at her daily press briefing, repeatedly pointed out the drug was found in a 'heavily-traveled area' of the West Wing - the office space of the White House that houses the Oval Office and area for staff. If the illegal drug was brought by a visitor then it wouldn't be the property of White House, who order go drug testing as part of their onboarding process to work for the administration, or a member of the president's family.

Secret Service orders DNA and fingerprint analysis of 'dime-sized' cocaine baggie found in the West Wing

The Secret Service is carrying out fingerprint and DNA analysis of a bag of cocaine found at the White House to track down its owner.

It comes after the Biden family showed a united front on the Truman balcony for Independence day inviting recovering drug addict Hunter Biden and the rest of the clan to enjoy a dazzling fireworks display.

The dime-sized bag was discovered on Sunday in a cubby hole in the lobby area of the West Wing, where visitors leave their cell phones and other electronics before entering the White House complex.

President Joe Biden and his son Hunter, a recovering cocaine addict, were both at Camp David at the time.

Is Biden 'roadblocking' hunt for the West Wing cocaine culprit? Ex-border chief says White House cameras are everywhere and all guests are listed so whoever left drug COULD have been tracked down by now

The investigation into who brought cocaine into the White House should already be a closed case, according to former Border Commissioner and longtime FBI agent Mark Morgan. With four days and all-hands on deck, Morgan hyperbolized when speaking with DailyMail.com that the mystery could be solved in '30 minutes.' He suggested that the White House might be putting up roadblocks as the U.S. Secret Service (USSS) investigates the matter, claiming the investigation 'isn't complicated.
