Whilst I do not care for Alex Jones there is something seriously wrong with Twitter when the likes of Ahmadinejad and Farrakhan are continually spewing hate and support terrorism but Jones is permanently banned and they have verified functioning accounts...

That's the thing, It's a lesson I've spent a long time learning, There is no platform that exists that isn't privately owned by someone, In the end, whether it's Bias or at their own discretion the internet as it's run right now, Isn't a democracy, there really aren't equal rights for everyone universally, You can harken the political atmosphere of the internet to honestly the middle ages, Whoever owns and operates the privately owned servers are unequalled lords of their domains.
It may not in some respects be a fair system But in other broader respects, If you are someone who owns a property like a server, Those people have more freedom than their real-life counterparts who own physical property.
I try to see it optimistically, The internet is still a more free place than the physical world, Fewer rules and more freedom, We should enjoy that while we still have that, Someday, We won't.
