There are so many alien types in movies and television, the image above barely scratches at the list...Some shows have dozens of their own alien characters, so, out of all the different types of aliens you've seen in a movie or in a television show,which one was the most creepy, the most scary, the one that disturbed you or troubled you the most?...

For me it was the aliens on Stargate Universe, the aliens who kept chasing them to take their ship, there was just something about them, a cold and malignant appearance for that species and I did not like them, I mean they were great for the show but I would not want to run into one of those in real life lol...

The daleks. Introduced in "the daleks" during the Hartnell era. During the Hartnell Troughton era they were cunning and dark adversary's.
Pertwee and Baker found the daleks to be weak and foolish enemies. Defeated by putting a hat over its eyestalk or pushed over a cliff. The introduction of davros brought them into a new era. During the 7th doctors era they gained the ability to fly. The true power of the daleks was featured in the 9th doctors adventure "dalek" and dispute the pastel daleks in " victory of the daleks" remain a menace . The daleks are so overused it is good that RTD promised at least a 3 year break from them

I'm suddenly struck by the similarities between Daleks and R2 units — except that Daleks look like they're made in Russia. I wonder who would win in a fight ?

The cybermen. Highly plausible aliens. Once humans they replaced Thier weak bodies with cybernetics. They also removed emotion.
Like the Borg they assimilate others into their collective. "you belong to us. You will be like us "
