the only odd thing about him is his left eye, wich looks strange , ignoring that he is an normal boy

How does it look strange?....bear in mind it is over enlarged and blurred. In the original you can't tell......he looks like a normal boy who is hiding from getting his picture taken.

That makes sense......you can see many odd things when an image is over enlarged.
