Yes some do need to do some reading.....I never said it didn't have negative side effects I'm fully aware there are. But then again that wasn't my point.

That does answer my questions though.

Actually since you use it in your toothpaste for its beneficial purposes it makes you pro-fluoride.....by the way you likely get a higher dose using the toothpaste.

Drinking Vs topical application would I imagine have much different "doses" absorbed by the body. Either way, the toothpaste application does the job intented and there is no need for extra dosage.

In the US literally nearly everyone (is forced to) buy bottled water, sometimes distilled (recycled from waste water). It's insanity. The flouride amounts vary from brand to brand, depending on the sources.

The big difference in tooth paste with flouride and city water with flouride is one is consumed and digested and filtered through our bodies and one is not...I prefer to use the one that is not...

It all depends on how much water you drink from a tap. Yes buying water does sound kind of insane.

even if you think fluoride is the best thing ever,
adding it to the water makes the dose uncontrolled.
an uncontrolled dose of any medication is a horrible idea.

personally I am allergic to fluoride. so very hard for me to live in a city.
the local water district told me to use reverse osmosis to get the fluoride out of the water, and that was a great idea. it worked very well, or at least for my drinking water it did.
buying bottled water does not work for me at all as I am also allergic to the plastic it comes in.
after I did a detox using boron I felt way way better.
3mg a day of boron will leach most of the fluoride out in a few months

There is a bottled water.....(in glass)....that comes from trees. Sorry I don't recall the name.

It is collected from the maple syrup industry. Maple syrup when its first collected in 95% water......and this is what is bottled. This water likely is closer to being fluoride free unless the trees are in an area with high fluoride concentrations.

maple tree water sounds pricy, but will keep it in mind if I am not home and run out of water.
right now I reverse osmosis my water, boil it, and store it in stainless steel. very low priced and it works well.

Its just an alternative......and it sounds like it might be acceptable for your allergy problems.

Not literally, people buy Poland's Springs etc, bottled in plastic, because the public water has too many chemicals, including fluoride. I have to "soften" my water to not get itchy while taking a shower.. buy 5 gallon drums of spring water for consumption purposes. Not literally, I can choose not to.

It's a good thing when people are conscious of what they eat and drink and it's quality...It shows people are thinking for themselves and taking responsibility for themselves...

It is a good thing to know whats in their water and its quality......I was just under the impression most didn't know. But if people aren't drinking their tap water because of its chemistry then they have to be checking.
