I just got back from where Betty & Barney Hill got captured

Creepy Green Light

Don't mistake lack of talent for genius
I took my family to Loon Mountain in Lincoln, New Hampshire in the White Mountains. Wasn't until I was there when the lightbulb went off that the White Mountains is where their episode took place. I wanted to get a photo next to the road marker that the state erected but after a perfect, warm day of snowboarding - all hell broke loose with a 3-day winter storm warning with all the usual "DO NOT TRAVEL, stay inside etc.". So I made the call to beat feet a day early so that we only had one full day there & no picture of me next to the sign so at least in these two photos you can see part of the White Mountains in the background. I believe Google Maps said the marker was 6 miles from where we stayed :/

At night I would see lights moving on the mountain & my kids asked what they were & I told him they were grooming machines to lay down new corduroy for the next day. I filmed a clip of it and while it wasn't super pitch dark it still made me wonder if Betty saw these lights from the road & thought they were in the sky rather on a mountain side. Here's a list of ski areas in NH & a lot of them were opened before the UFO incident took place. Here's my little clip I took from across the street.

EDIT: never mind, when I go to attach a file it only allows pictures from my MacBook & no videos (unless there is some trick to it that I am unaware of). But this link is time lapsed & edited so that it is not 100% pitch black but this gives you an idea. We were all at the dinner table on the other side of Loon Mountain and one of my daughters asked what those mysterious moving lights are on the mountain

I send videos to a google drive and use the 'insert media' icon on the tool bar to add the link.

Web based pics can be a bit odd. Generally I can scrape and paste a pic if I'm doing it within multiple tabs of the same browser. I use mspaint to reduce the image size - a scrape and paste of a jpeg or png off that always works
