I have a particular sphere that has a heavy concentration of kyanite and ruby, it's about 3 inches in diameter...It has been in my possession for many years and very tuned to my energies when I handle it.
Believe it or not, I once gave someone a back and shoulder massage and asked her to hole the sphere with both her hands whilst I massaged her.
She said she felt energy and tingling going up her arms from that gemstone sphere, and days later she said she felt a lift of vibrance for a few days after the massage, but I attribute some of that feeling from energies she absorbed or felt from the gemstone sphere...
