LA Fitness manager and two employees fired after viral video showed them calling POLICE on a black gym member
- The manager of the LA Fitness that kicked two black men out has been fired
- An employee said - over the phone - that he and two women working at the Secaucus, New Jersey, gym had been 'removed from the company'
- While he claims LA Fitness reached out to the men, one of them said that they wouldn't believe them until a written statement was made
- In a Facebook post on April 16, Tshyrad Oates shared that he used a four day guest pass to workout with his friend, who was a member for eight years
- After repeatedly showing that they had proper access, Oates claims that the manager asked them to leave and called the cops on them
- Police quickly inform the manager that they aren't doing anything illegal when the men are filming the altercation
- Neither man was arrested but they claim that the gym hasn't released a written statement to them
