Migrants upset with the amount of time it is taking to legalize their stay in Mexico as refugees stormed the Mexican Commission for Refugee Aid in Tapachula, Chiapas on Monday

Moment huge group of migrants bursts through cordon and trample officials in Mexico as they demand expedited processing so they can get to the border more quickly

A group of migrant rushed an asylum office in southern Mexico, trampling over each in an attempt to demand legal documents.

The migrants, mostly Haiti nationals, were seen on video knocking down metal barricades and storming the office in Tapachula on Monday.

Some of the migrants were able to get past National Guard officers and the municipal police who were guarding the center, which is operated by the Mexican Commission for Refugee Aid.

The group, which also includes migrants from Cuba and Honduras, have grown frustrated with the Mexican government's ability to process their asylum requests.

Papers that they're seeking would allow them to travel freely and eventually reach the United States southern border region with Mexico.

California Democrat DA sues Sacramento over years of 'Third World' homeless conditions

A Democratic district attorney in California is suing the Democrat-led city of Sacramento for allowing homeless conditions to devolve into squalor akin to a "Third World country."

At a press conference Tuesday, Sacramento County District Attorney Thien Ho announced that his office had filed a civil lawsuit alleging that the city of Sacramento violated California civic code, specifically that it "allowed, created and enabled a public safety crisis regarding our unhoused."

"In the last 7 years, Sacramento’s unhoused population has exploded by over 250%," the lawsuit says. "There are more homeless people in Sacramento than San Francisco. Our community is at a breaking point. We have an unhoused population living in conditions typical of Third World countries. And we have the rest of the community stuck between compassion and chaos."

"How did we get here? We are stuck in this never-ending Groundhog’s Day loop where nothing gets better and nothing improves," Ho said at the press conference. "Enough is enough."

The lawsuit says both Judge Michael Bowman and District Attorney Ho wrote letters to the city of Sacramento in late June sounding the alarm to how the growing homeless encampment and tents within a three-block radius of the courthouse encroach on the community’s access to justice.

Daily incidents include physical and verbal assault, public sex acts, open fires, nudity, urinating and defecating on walkways, the complaint claims; all of which, Ho says, threaten the safety of jurors, victims and witnesses during ongoing trials, as homeless people engage in "erratic and violent behavior."

San Diego was very nice when I lived there (also in the 90s). I would be reluctant to visit anywhere in California now, what to speak of living there.

'Biden opened the door for us!' African migrants thank the president as 600 refugees are seen sneaking into the US in broad daylight

Hundreds of migrants from Africa and elsewhere are using a loophole in Nicaraguan immigration law to make their way to the United States. The government, under Leftist President Daniel Ortega allows them in for as little as $160 and then turns a blind eye to where they go from there, DailyMail.com has learned. In tiny Lukeville, Arizona, at least 600 refugees were spotted crossing the southern border on one day alone.Mexican cartels help the migrants by cutting open the steel bars of the 30-foot-high fence that is supposed to keep them out.

Leaked images show Biden admin's planned ICE ID card for illegal immigrants

(Excerpt)

Migrants who arrive at the border illegally and are not removed but instead released into the interior are often given a number of documents depending on their situation. The images show a card with room for a photograph, a QR code and identifying information and security details, as well as the ICE logo in the top left corner.

IMG_0153-1.jpg

ICE said the ID will have a photograph, biographic identifiers and "cutting-edge" security features, with the aim being to "improve current, inconsistent paper forms that often degrade rapidly in real-world use." The agency said the program was still in development and would be considered for further expansion pending the outcome of the pilot.

The card could be used to check in and schedule reporting meetings with ICE. The agency hopes that it can be used in the field to easily verify an alien’s identity and to see if they are deportable. But the program has alarmed conservatives, who see it as part of an agenda for welcoming, rather than removing, those in the country illegally.

"ICE is a federal law enforcement agency, not the DMV. When will Congress wake up and put an end to these open-borders, anti-enforcement programs that defy the agency’s mission and enable the crisis?" RJ Hauman, president of the National Immigration Center for Enforcement (NICE) and a visiting adviser at the Heritage Foundation, told Fox News Digital this week.

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson quietly signs $26 MILLION contract with security firm to build migrant camps as furious residents plead with Democratic leaders: 'Can't we say we won't take anymore?'

Chicago mayor Brandon Johnson has quietly signed a $26 million contract with a security firm to build migrant base camps, as residents plead with the city's democratic leaders to stop letting asylum seekers in the state. The city's deal with the Garda World firm, signed last week, includes at least six locations across the city, with zones holding between 200 and 1,400 asylum seekers. It also includes bedding, laundry, showers, three meals a day and security. It comes as Chicago residents are becoming increasingly concerned about a surge of asylum seekers arriving on buses from southern states. Many of the migrants have been transported north from Republican border states in a bid to prove the Democrats' open arms policies are a disaster. The city contract includes the aerial photo of an example of the kind of structures that could be used in a migrant camp in Chicago.

Eagle Pass crisis: Second drowning in 24 hours as TEN THOUSAND migrants pour into tiny Texas border town and agents slam 'monstrous' Biden administration for letting it happen

A second person has drowned while trying to enter the US illegally in Eagle Pass, Texas, a day after a three-year-old boy died while 10,000 migrants rushed to get into the border town. FOX News reports it was a middle aged man who drowned this morning, as Customs and Border Patrol agents raced to keep up with the influx.

Since Wednesday morning, an astonishing 10,000 migrants have entered Eagle Pass, a small border town of fewer than 30,000. Most have been released after being processed.

As more make their way into the US, the Border Patrol Union is begging the White House to take action. Brandon Judd, President of the National Border Patrol Council, said today he believes that the Biden administration is deliberately ignoring the problem to 'energize' Democrats before the November election.

'We have opened the flood gates. All it's going to do is encourage more people to cross our border illegally - it's a reward for breaking our law. We're going to see the numbers skyrocket even more - it makes absolutely no sense. We believe this is politics, that this administration is trying to pander to an open- border base, energize their base to get them out to vote. It makes our country a lot less secure. It's monstrous to see what this administration is doing,' he said.

Ten thousand migrants have crossed illegally into Eagle Pass, Texas, in the last 24 hours, triggering a state of emergency in the small border town where shelters and hospitals are now overrun. Before sunrise this morning, another 250 were waiting to be processed. Hundreds more are expected today in what many residents say is the worst border crisis they have ever seen.

Canada under fire for giving 'monster' who fought for Nazis during WWII a standing ovation in parliament

Canadian Jewish organizations and social media critics are slamming the Canadian Parliament for giving a man who fought for the Nazis a standing ovation during an event featuring Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s visit to the country.

"FSWC is appalled that Canada’s Parliament gave a standing ovation to a Ukrainian veteran who served in a Nazi military unit during the Second World War implicated in the mass murder of Jews and others. An apology and explanation is owed," the Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center, a Canadian nonprofit dedicated to educating people on the Holocaust, wrote on X, previously known as Twitter.

Video and photos show the Canadian Parliament erupted into cheers on Friday during Zelenskyy’s visit to the country’s capital of Ottawa, when Canadian lawmakers also honored Yaroslav Hunka, a 98-year-old Ukrainian immigrant who fought for the First Ukrainian Division, according to the Toronto Star. That division was also known as the Waffen-SS Galicia Division, which fought for the Nazis as its paramilitary arm under the Schutzstaffel organization, according to the outlet.

"The fact that a veteran who served in a Nazi military unit was invited to and given a standing ovation in Parliament is shocking. At a time of rising antisemitism and Holocaust distortion, it is incredibly disturbing to see Canada's Parliament rise to applaud an individual who was a member of a unit in the Waffen-SS, a Nazi military branch responsible for the murder of Jews and others and that was declared a criminal organization during the Nuremberg Trials," the Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center continued in their statement.

Horrifying images show a bloodied Border Patrol agent at the southern border after brawling with migrant - as over 5,000 asylum seekers are seen packed on 'The Beast' cargo train headed for US

Republican Maya Flores shared the shocking graphic images of a badly bloodied federal agent after an alleged altercation with an uncooperative migrant near McAllen, Texas. 'This is the type of violence that is being exerted on Border Patrol Agents by those who don't want to be apprehended,' the former official wrote, some six months after leaving her post this past January. In Central Mexico, AP video showed a non-passenger freighter arriving on the outskirts of the central city of Irapuato spurring a mad scramble from the thousands-strong procession waiting for its arrival. Seen sleeping alongside the tracks in anticipation of the convoy, the mostly Venezuelan crowd proceed to board the train's metal trailers with ease, with several tossing up bags and handing up their small children swaddled in winter coats.
