I know, I said I was on break, I honestly have left everything. It's left me with loads of time to study the things I've always wanted to, I'm not really back, This is, if anything, A reprieve so I can share this with you guys. Then I will, of course, disappear into the shadows again. I don't post much anywhere anymore, So this will be really long. I am all but certain to disappear after this post for a spell of time.

The Arecibo Message is a fascinating thing. It's so perfect in its logic and its execution. I've gotten lost just in the math of this. It's almost like I've found something I've been looking for, for a very long time.
The Aim of this post isn't to share the Arecibo message itself. It's to show you how the message was created and to point out for you, All the necessary logical steps one must follow to understand this message. I want to leave you thinking, How different are they from us? is their logic the same as ours? is this asking too much from another intelligent race? Was it wise to even send this?
This is a Graphical representation of the Arecibo Message,
The Arecibo Message was written by Frank Drake, The same man who created the Drake Equation and it consists of 1,679 binary numbers, The message was 210 bytes of data, It remains till this day the most powerful broadcast ever intentionally sent into outer space. There was no Color Data in the original message sent, The color coding is simply for us to distinguish the different topics covered in the message. The choice to use 1,679 binary numbers was no accident, 1679 is a semiprime Number, The idea is, The number should logically give an intelligent species the idea to take the code and assemble it 23 by 73 rows and columns respectively
When assembled correctly, the message will reveal the graphical chart, It will look something like this.
The message includes The binary numbers, 1 through 10, The Atomic Numbers for Hydrogen, Oxygen, nitrogen, and phosphorus, all in a graphic that represents their place on the periodic table. It contains information about The Simple Sugars and Nucleotides in our DNA and includes a graphic of the Double Helix, You will then see the graphic of what looks like a roughly human shape, To either side of this, There is a chart that shows the population of Earth in 1974, About 4,6 billion people. To the other side of the human figure is a graph that depicted the average height of a human. Below this still, There is a graphical representation of our solar system, you will notice the third planet is raised pointing toward the human figure. BEneith that is a graphic of the radio telescope they used to broadcast this message. with some information about the diameter of the dish used.
This message is amazing to study, I find myself wondering how much like us, The logic of an extraterrestrial race maybe? will they be able to figure this signal out even if they receive it? This message was and remains the most powerful attempt the human population has ever made to contact another species, This signal was aimed at the M13 globular cluster in 1974, It won't reach its destination for another 24,959 years, It will take another 25,000 years to receive a reply to this message. Provided it doesn't take them hundreds of years to figure out the signal.
In my eyes, Yes, This signal is absolute genius. In every way, It's genius, But, Could we be expecting too much from an advanced civilization? will they be able to decipher this signal ever? I assume so, But I wonder if there will be any Logical conflicts in this, It's a genius message, I assume they could have geniuses too, But.., Does that mean necessarily, What's logical to us will be logical to them? I digress, It's almost time for me to fade away again, I just wanted to share this with you guys, And a few tools for examining these signals for yourselves.
