Sorry... not sure what you mean by repeating a lot...
Wouldn't it be 12:13 after 12:12 and then it would be 12:21 after it's 12:20 and then not repeat that until another 12 or 24 hours (depending if you're using the 12 hour time option or the 24 time option)....
... or have I simply lost the plot and not 'getting' it... lol...

The only think I can think of to explain it is the subconscious. As a kid, and even now if I am well rested I can wake up almost to the minute of an intended time without a clock.I cant count the times I have woken up, looked at my phone and it is 7:26am, 4 minutes before my alarm is set to go off. Uncountable. So my theory has been that there has been some subconscious influence that sets the amazing internal clock we seem to have to draw your attention to certain times.

To no end, that's the whole point. It just gets a little freaky. Imagine being at work, not even thinking about anything numerically related. You walk to the photocopier and the last person to use it set it to 11 copies. 3 hours later you walk past a clock and its 11 past 11.

I have a few clocks I see daily... On the computer, on my mobile phone, in the car, on a shelf and a battery operated wall clock I picked up at the garbage dump and have outside near the garage door and all are set to slightly different times....
So I can, if I want, go through seeing at least 5 lots 12.12 within a space of a few mintues or so....

I was so tempted to say that it's simple: You're crazy.....but then I realized it takes one to know one so instead I'm gonna say, you're picking up on something. Stuff like that doesn't just happen. There's something to it.
I have a gut feeling that you're picking up on something relating to financial disaster, and I mean globally speaking and somehow it's crossing to you because of your work, which to me makes sense. What do you think? Like swamped with new refugee's, that kind of thing. Maybe that's what it's about. The timing is about on que according to the financial guru's I've followed.
The one thing I've experienced is that the PTB love to crap all over ya at the height of the holidays. December 12ths starts the disaster, and then by the 21st the worlds financial markets have finally imploded.

Maybe it's because we instinctively operate in blocks of time. You look at clock at 12:21 and instinctively look again 10 minutes later...10 minutes being a typical block of time or measurement in our linear world...and it's 12:31...then 12:41...but never 12:27 or 12:38.

Time is an action understood in the mind as movement between two points. Point A to point B. Time is linear because point A is always at the center or relative and point B always forward in a linear motion. Time and movement are intrinsic to one another. It's the 4 dimension of Space-Time. Whereas Space is the noun and Time is action. I think to say time does not exist except as a concept is misconstrued. Nothing exists without Time. Stop all motion and all ceases to exist. A singularity is nothing...being both infinite without space and eternal without time. There is no Point B in a singularity...therefore no space and no time between.
