Completed the Batman Beyond series, including the movie Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker. Both were very good. Later came the conclusive finale of the series, namely the Justice league Unlimited episode, Epilogue. In the latter, it is revealed that
Terry, the youthful successor to the original Batman, is a clone (or half-clone?) of Bruce Wayne, courtesy of the illegal machinations of Amanda Waller.

Static Shock and The Zeta Project are both spinoffs from Batman Beyond, but as the connection is weak, I'm not going to watch them right away. Next up, The Batman. It is set in the present, and features a relatively young Bruce Wayne beginning in just the third year of his Batman career.

Right away, the animation noticeably resembles a comic book.

The look of the Joker is pretty cool.

I think the MCU has squandered the Hulk's potential to a certain degree, kind of civilized him, but I don't think they've ruined him...The Hulk used to terrify everyone, remember Black Widow pointing a gun at Bruce Banner in the first Avengers movie and she was trembling that entire moment because she was terrified he would change into the Hulk...Now we have "regular Hulk" as I've heard people call him now, but no no no, regular Hulk IS the terrifying Hulk from the first Avengers movie and also in the Universal studios movies, that is the Regular Hulk we are used to seeing and reading in the comics...Yes there are many versions of the Hulk in the comics, there's even Joe Fixit which I would love to see in an MCU movie then have him change into the terrifying Regular Hulk we all know the best...lol

Unfortunately, Marvel ruined the Fantastic Four (my favorite comic book), Daredevil and the Incredible Hulk movie series. With being able to choose from any Hollywood writers you would think they would have gotten things right. Perhaps they chose the wrong actors. Ben Affleck for DD?? He alone set that franchise back 20 years.

I'm about to commence my rewatch of the Constantine TV series. An important fact about it is that it wrapped up in an acceptable manner.
Done. Decent series. But ends on a cliffhanger which is never, to my knowledge, followed up on in any of Constantine's future appearances.

I must have based the above statement on erroneous memory. In truth, the overall theme of the series is quite grandiose, but it was cancelled after one season. Very dramatic ending, but essentially a cliffhanger. The theme which guided the series is not followed up on anywhere else that I know of.

This sounds like a good plan, we don't necessarily need the Snyderverse however we need the actors for those characters...I would like to see Henry Cavill as Superman once more...I also really liked the Penguin in The Batman, sounds good them making a Penguin miniseries...

I'm watching Deadpool 1 and 2 tonight, I haven't seen these two movies yet...

...
I just found out they are both on Hulu. I started watching #1. It's pretty funny. I had assumed I had already seen it and was about to watch the sequel, but I double checked and it wasn't at all familiar. (Hopefully, I'll finish the two of them before their stay on the platform expires.)
