Here we go. Couple hours before landfall. That's the storm at it's meanest.

Jose is expected to be caught in the Bermuda high and be destroyed or thrown out to sea. Wouldn't worry about it. I'll let you know if anything changes.

Hurricane Hunter recon has just ran into winds of 230mph on the northeast quadrant of the storm! Wow!

As of 10am it has become the most powerful and violent atlantic cyclone in history. It's not at it's full strength yet either...

All 67 counties in Florida are now in a state of emergency. Mandatory evacuations have begun in Miami.

Hope you get your people out of the Dominican Nivek. It's going to be hell on earth there soon.

Weather station on one of the islands stopped reporting. Probably gone.

Focus on that island where Green boxes are (Flash Flood Warnings). The icons are the wind gust reports. Watch it go blank when the eye gets closer.

Runs not finished yet so I can't post it yet. But Florida is completely fucked this run. Came in WAY west and makes landfall directly over Miami as an extreme category 5 with 190mph winds. Worst case scenario folks.

Landfall. Only one showing a landfall on Miami is the ECM so take it with a grain of salt.

She's getting stronger. Down to 913.4 mb. Core is shrinking, and heating up big time. Once she passes PR she has at least 24 hours over very warm open water. Get ready for her to "bomb out" to a sub 890mb cyclone. 200+ suststained winds are more than possible. Very worrying.

Oh my... Not official since everybody lost contact with them but I just saw this posted on Facebook.

Total destruction in Barbuda. Almost 100% of homes totally destroyed or damaged. Vehicles destroyed. One fatality.

It's time to gird our lions and join the battle ! We are one Nation , One people !

Will keep you posted ... Pray for Barbuda

Seems to be a trend we are seeing with all these islands. Every one Irma has been near we have lost contact.
