So I ordered a smartwatch a while back, I mostly love the damned thing. I've completely crashed it once, Destroyed the firmware So I had to put another ROM on it, This second Firmware seems a great deal more stable and I've literally been able to do things with this watch, I never thought a smartwatch could do,
I've been able to pair Bluetooth gamepads to it, While running emulators, While Get this, Casting to my Tv, But the battery life only lasts about an hour when I do this.
I've set up up team viewer on the watch and on every device I have in my home and from my watch, I can fully control every device in the house, This includes Laptops, My phone My other android box. It's pretty handy.
The problem is, I don't know how many of you have smart watches, But When I really make this watch put out the power, It gets hot, Like really really hot, You could literally break an egg on it, And I promise the egg would turn white.
My thing is, I know this is normal in some electronics, But I'm wearing this damned thing on my wrist and it literally gets that hot.
Is this a normal thing for smartwatches? Yeah, I know it's a watch, it's not really meant to do the things I do with it. But still, Something someone wears on their wrist shouldn't really get this hot should it? Is my watch defective?
