Book suggestions please!

My Daugter Debbie has become interested in the Paranormal. I want her to learn more about the many factors involved.
I want her to make up her own mind about it. so I'm looking for balanced books. so no Randi or Hogland
A beginning Adventure in learning more about the subject

As far as I know Hoagland doesn't write paranormal books, his topic of writing is about alleged conspiracies on Mars...Randi writes about UFOs which is also not paranormal...Perhaps you need to define what you mean by paranormal...
