Didn't someone say he was building up for a new crisis?

April Update!
Hello,

I’ve been sidelined from Lyft and Uber driving for a few days due to a bacterial infection in my right eye, which has clouded my vision. I’m taking a dose of antibiotic eye drops and warm compresses, and my doctor says my vision should be mostly back to normal early in the week.

Then I can resume the ride-sharing gigs.

In the meantime, the temporary loss of income has hurt.

And I still have to cover the motel, furniture storage and such. But I have a line on an affordable apartment that I’m looking into now.

I could sure use some help to cover my expenses.

Perhaps of note, I didn't get this one. The last email beg I received from this lying sack of crap was from March 8. Not sure if he's sparing some of his lists or what.

I wonder if he really does "have a line on an affordable* apartment" and has lowered his profile a little in hopes no one tips his would-be new landlord off? Not that such would be likely, perhaps not even possible.... Crossed my mind though.

And again I do now wonder if the frantic emails we saw there for months was him whipping the dead horse, trying to amass enough for an apartment. Who can tell? I can't believe he was being honest during that time though. His stories just didn't add up.

Perhaps he has managed to get a somewhat tighter grip on his pathologies. Or, maybe he just got an assist from somewhere that allowed him to dial back the begging. For now.

Eh - lots of speculation, but I can't really imagine the answers would be encouraging or make GS look any better.


* 'affordable' coming from Gene always gives me a laugh... for one thing is he ever going to pay any landlord? And if a landlord does get a month or two of rent out of him... whose money would he be using?

I believe key Scheme Gene Research Community personnel have been away but, I wish they'd get back and post this recent email. Makes me feel like GS is getting away with something if they're not continuing to track (and, incidentally, roast) his emails.
