Yeah 1 meter iron boulder of some sorts.. I've read that iron is the last element stars produce before they explode,
So could be parts from an ancient star hitting Egypt

i wonder if any tribes live or lived near the location when the meteor hit, it would be interesting to see their legends

It would depend on its path, time of day and if it could be seen from the Nile Valley. The pre-dynastic times began around 3100bc....so it could be written down somewhere if it was seen.

I know some Mesopotamian astronomers recorded an asteroid long before then.

The Kamil Crater is a 44.8 m wide and 15.8 m deep meteorite impact crater in the East Uweinat Desert in southwestern New Valley Governorate, Egypt, Only 0.6 km north of the border with the Sudan and 600 m above sea level. Gebel Kamil is a meteorite that struck Egypt about 5000 years ago leaving a crater surrounded by thousands of pieces of iron shrapnel with a total weight of about 1,600 kilograms (3,500 lb). WIKI.

The roof needs new shingles. A unknown radio or nautical radar mast in the background.
A bigger than normal satellite dish

Lots of seabirds resting everywhere.. So pretty calm there.

Not sure.. Too little to go on

But it looks warm. The guys wearing shorts..

It is warmish......note they are on the roof.....the date was March 11, 2011.

It was enough.....the next hint is March 1942 and believe it or not you can go there on google earth street view.

Also keep your mind on the seabirds you mentioned.

Lol, I took it on march 1942.. U.S naval activities.. Found French Frigate Shoals wiki..
There was a Unites States Fish and Wildlife station... on Tern island.

Opened google earth,, Found a suspicious building roof, snd lots of birds + that oddlooking mast
