I am somewhat lactose intolerant, but some cheeses don't have much (aged ones), and I can still use those on pizza (e.g. Fontina). If you have a cholesterol issue, that could be a bummer.. Can you eat nut cheeses? Doesn't sound great, and they aren't the same, and cost tons o' $, but they might be doable?

I cant really have nuts, which is a downer, i have something called diverticulitis,. Things like nuts hurt me pretty badly, what I've done is l've switched out to complete vegetarian for the moment,. Not as a life style choice, just to get it down. It's my own fault really,. I had developed quite the taste for sommer sausage and cheese,. I knew it was unhealthy, but really, what isn't?
