I've been using it quite a bit. In fact. I have gotten to a stage where I use it at least two hours a day now.
I can really tell a difference. My heart doesn't hurt very much anymore. I can breathe so much better.
I'm addicted to that treadmill guys. You wouldn't think someone could get addicted to something like that. But you really can.

It's been great. Not only has it helped my physical health. It's actually great for depression too. I recommend getting a treadmill, guys, It's a life changer.

Good for you.
I need to get more exercise. Haven't been able to do much when I had my arm in a cast.
Keep it up and your heart will strengthen along with your total cardiovascular system.

I'm Glad to see you again Soul, How have you been brother?

Good to see you're looking after yourself SP. I've been exercising a lot more in these past months myself. I was skinnyfat with a potbelly and looked like I was dying four months ago. Now I'm a vegan in the early stages of becoming a bodybuilder and not a day goes by where I'm not squeezing as much circuit training out as I can and guzzling gritty protein water (hemp + rice) to max out my gains.
The body AND the mind are our temples, through which we grow to understand existence and nurture our souls. Take care of them and they take care of you.

I had gotten to a stage where my chest hurt nearly constantly, And I had these episodes where I could not breathe, I suppose they could have been small heart attacks, Possibly panic attacks, I started exercising Hoping it would help, To be honest, I didn't expect it to help as much as it ended up helping. Not only have those episodes stopped. I can breathe so much better. I don't have chest pain. I feel like I'm 20 again, I've made a resolution that I'm not going to stop. It's not for vanity. Or keeping in shape. It's how it makes me feel. IT's even helped my depression. Not that I was ever deeply depressed, But I just feel so much better now. I've found yet again. as you mentioned, The mental health and the physical health are very much intertwined, If you improve your physical health, improved mental health will follow :)

I need to quit smoking and start jogging or swimming, really. But I have a habit of smoking myself stupid to forget how depressed I am most of the time. Doesnt even work anymore.

Quit smoking November 2016. Asked my daughter what special gift she wanted for her 16th birthday and that's what she asked for. That's what she got. I went as long as I could without a cigarette then I used an e-cig and it worked. Haven't smoked actual cigarettes since then. Yes I still get nicotine from the e-cig but Im not getting the toxic smoke I was getting with real cigarettes.

I never really smoked much, whilst in the Navy I smoked cigarettes but quit many years ago, never touched one since...

Now that the weather has become more pleasant I've started walking every day. I missed doing that during the heat wave. Walking helps the body produce endorphins and it helps us alleviate depression and stress. Now that I'm walking again I have a lot more energy and I sleep better at night. I was a jogger for years until it started giving me joint pains and I learned that jogging can actually be downright harmful.
