I hope he gets a large settlement, though no sum could make up for so many years lost.
Not testing fingerprints from the outset is worse than malpractice, it's downright unethical.
He has a good case. Sometimes they'll receive a settlement upon release.

The story doesn't say how she managed to get out.

Probably about the same way she got in only in reverse :)

I go to the family plot a couple of times per year. This wasn't exactly a scene out of Poltergeist but I have to admit I'd be a little off center after an adventure like that and not eager to return. Wonder what compensation will turn out to be.

There were explosions in a Tianjiayi Chemical plant in Yancheng, China. The current death toll is 64. The plant creates raw chemical materials including anisole. The second video said the chemical was benzene. The explosions seems too rhythmic as if sabotage.

Dr.Dre should have kept his mouth shut but went bragging and got caught in his lies...

REVEALED: Dr. Dre made $70 MILLION donation to USC and has a building named after him at the campus he boasted his daughter got into 'all on her own' in the wake of admission scandal

Dr. Dre has boasted about his youngest daughter being accepted into the University of Southern California 'all on her own' - six years after the rapper donated $70 million to the school. The rapper, whose real name in Andre Young, took to Instagram on Saturday to brag about his 18-year-old daughter Truly Young's acceptance into USC. In his social media post, the 54-year-old threw shade at those embroiled in the college admissions scandal by declaring his daughter was accepted without bribing or cheating her way in.

'My daughter got accepted into USC all on her own. No jail time!!!,' Dre wrote alongside a photo of them posing with Truly's certificate of admission. Her admission comes six years after Dre and record producer Jimmy Iovine made a whopping $70 million donation to USC. They also have a building named after them on the USC campus.

I haven't really been following this US bribery scandal story, because I do not really care, but if someone makes a seventy-million-dollar donation to a higher education institute, then the least the people who run it can do is let that person's children study there. But also if you are that person, don't then claim publicly that your kids got where they were 'all on their own'.

That's a lot of money and there must be an ulterior motive. Young is worth $850m & Iovine is worth $950m. Say $35m donation each.

The question that comes to mind, did she, by happen chance, get accepted into that college or was an offer for her to attend that college always on the table once he donated that money?...I wonder this because, in my view, regardless if millions were donated or not, it is not right to allow her in because of money...Colleges should be balanced and fair across the board to get those who studied for it, got the grade point average required, thereby deserving it...

I know we hardly live in a fair and honest society, so these type of grievances and incidents are going to happen and do occur...Its as you said AD, Dr.Dre should not have publicly bragged about her doing it on her own, people are going to check into it when a statement is made like that, as we've seen here, exposing an obvious and blatant lie and creating a problem that did not need be...

If someone's dad donates $70 million dollars, then I would not have objections to them being granted a place by default. As long as the money goes on actual improvements to the university and does not merely line the pockets of the administrators, then I think it is in the interests of the other students who attend the university--who got in on merit--as well.

Look at it another way. Is it in the interests of the students who got in on merit for the university to pass up $70 million for the sake of denying a prospective student a place?

To that I would tend to agree, I did not fully consider where that money would go, if it did indeed help the college as a whole to the benefit of all the students, then I would not have issue with it...Perhaps they should use some of that money donated to help reduce the admission fees so its not so burdensome for attendees...Some college's admission fees are at ridiculous costs to the students who will have to pay that money back at some point, with interest...
