I lost the dearest friend I ever had, a few months back. I was speaking to a mutual friend about it and after awhile the conversation went on to include dogs that we had rescued and what a loss it was when they passed on as well. I remember thinking dogs just don't live long enough. Then I thought of my dear friend and how she had lived a long life, but I still want her back. The truth is.....
