Uh oh!

Hall described her as a 42-year-old single mother who has worked her whole life to purchase a home. She discovered that the legless reptiles had nested both inside and underneath their new house — burrowing within the dry wall and under the patio.
Hall told Fox 31 that the real estate agent who helped facilitate the sale has not been cooperating with her complaints.

Are these aliens... or human babies? Mind-boggling MRI scans of foetuses are terrifying people

Possessing menacing eyes and devilish grins, you would be forgiven for assuming these were just aliens from a Hollywood sci-fi blockbuster.

Yet, believe it or not, they are not fake.

Instead, they are genuine MRI scans of human babies in the womb.

Freaked out social media users have joked of their horror at seeing the nightmare-inducing snaps, which were originally posted in 2021.

However, similar scans have resurfaced on social media this week, prompting new comments online about the strange sights.

The MRI image was shared by Twitter user @CaptKarnstein last week. Similar images have been confirmed as legitimate and published by Harvard University papers

Parent's are not regularly offered MRI throughout their pregnancy and will typically only have the scan if there is a concern for the child's growth and development

MRI images of babies tend not to get the same social media attention as ultrasound images as the very detailed images can look a little on the demonic side, according to hundreds of social media users

While getting an MRI during pregnancy can be a beautiful and memorable moment to cherish, these hair-raising images seem to have people believing in the devil

Kentucky man, 64, shoots his roommate in the buttocks after he ate the last Hot Pocket in the freezer

A Kentucky man shot his roommate in the buttocks after he ate the last Hot Pocket in the freezer.

Clifton Williams, 64, was charged with second-degree assault after the shooting in Louisville on Saturday, according to police.

Williams and the male victim got into an argument in their Louisville home after he discovered his final hot pocket had been eaten.

'Victim states his roommate Mr. Williams got mad he ate the last Hot Pocket,' an officer wrote in notes obtained by WLKY.

As the row escalated Williams 'began throwing tiles at him' and the victim told police he tried to "beat his ass" in retaliation, only making matters worse.

Williams then went inside and got a pistol, which he used to shoot the roommate in the buttocks as he was trying to leave, according to police.

The man told police he yelled, "Don't shoot," but Williams 'shot him in the ass while he was trying to leave'.

The roommate said he fled a few blocks from the home to get help, after which he was taken to the University of Louisville Hospital for treatment.

Williams was arrested by the Louisville Metro Police Department four hours after the shooting and charged with felony assault.

He was prohibited from making any contact with the victim or possessing any guns and his bond was set at $7,500 and he entered a plea of not guilty.

Overdue Library Book Returned After Nearly a Century

The staff at a library in California were understandably astounded when they received an overdue book that had been checked out in 1927. According to a local media report, the long-lost tome was dropped off at the St. Helena Public Library last week by a mysterious man who offered little explanation for the strange delivery. "One of my staff members came up and said somebody had returned that book," said Library Director Chris Kreiden, noting that their initial intrigue over the crumbling publication, titled A History of the United States, turned to amazement when they took a closer look at it and realized that it was actually a whopping 96 years overdue.

"All of us are wondering where the book could have been so long," she mused, marveling that the first time it had ever been checked out of the library was back in 1892. As for the man who brought the tome back, Kreiden indicated that no one on the staff recognized the mysterious stranger and the only clue as to the story behind the book's nearly century-long disappearance was that he mentioned his father, "but we didn't catch anything else." To that end, they are now hoping that the man will revisit the library to shed light on the tome's tale and, as such, have waived the $1,700 late fee that it accrued over the last 96 years.

Shocking moment one-legged Arizona man, 60, and his dog are attacked by 1,000 KILLER BEES and stung over 250 times: Ordeal only ended when firefighters hosed the insects off

An Arizona man and his dog are recovering after being stung hundreds of times by a swarm of 1,000 killer bees.

The ordeal on Saturday evening only came to an end when they were hosed down by responding firefighters in their neighborhood.

John Fischer, 60, who lost one of his legs to infection about eight years ago, was in his wheelchair-exercise bike, with his dog Pippin by his side, when they were attacked.

Surveillance video obtained by Arizona Family showed the harrowing moment the insects went after the pair, causing Fischer to topple over in his chair as he crawled trying to escape.

Later, when he shook out his clothes from the day in front of cameras, dozens of bees poured out. There was one still alive, but Fischer ran it over with his wheelchair - in a moment of seeming retribution.

Fischer was left with stings on his arms, eyes, mouth, ears, legs and back, as well as scrapes from crawling on the ground. He was released from the hospital Monday and is recovering at home with his dog.

Man barges into Fort Myers home while family eats dinner, claims he’s a ghost

A family in Florida were understandably bewildered when a man wandered into their home with the wild claim that he was a ghost. The very weird incident reportedly occurred last Thursday evening in the city of Fort Myers as the Brian McCaslin and his two daughters had just sat down for dinner. Their meal was quickly interrupted by what seemed to be someone knocking on their front door. When McCaslin went to see who it was, he was surprised to find a man in a bathing suit standing in their living room and the exchange that followed was nothing short of bizarre.

"He started to tell me that he was a ghost," the homeowner recalled, "and I shouldn't be able to see him. He was shocked that I could see him. He thought he was walking around and that nobody could see him." As one might imagine, the situation left McCaslin rather perturbed, but he was able to convince the 'spirit' to leave the residence without incident. However, this was not the end of the strange visit as the 'apparition, who identified himself as Kevin, proceeded to lock himself inside the truck of a work crew outside the home.

Much like his appearance during the family's dinner, Kevin's occupation of the vehicle did not last very long as the workers were able to convince him to exit the truck. He subsequently fled the scene and promptly vanished, ironically, not unlike a ghost. For his part, McCaslin reported the unsettling encounter to the police, though he opted not to press charges. "I think it’s all wild," he said, expressing hope that "we can find this individual and get them the help that they need."

New York woman lunges at mother and baby in park during violent rampage

New York City video shows a woman lunging at a mother and her baby in a park, dragging another woman by her hair and knocking over sidewalk tables in a public meltdown Sunday. When she targets the woman holding a baby in Manhattan's Tompkins Square Park, onlookers gasp, the video shows.

The incident continued for about 30 minutes, according to FreedomNews.tv, which provided the video, before police arrived and apprehended the woman on East Ninth Street. "You don't go around beating up strange people in the street, like seven people," a man can be heard saying as police lead the suspect to the back of a waiting ambulance. "Pulling their hair, dragging them everywhere."

The same man told officers, "She needs to not be let out. No more." She can be heard snapping back, "Nobody died b----, nobody." The video also showed the woman swiping a newspaper from a man seated in the park, smashing someone else's drink on the pavement, flipping sidewalk tables and hurling trash over a fence.

Stunned nurse: I caught ‘witches holding a carcass-eating ritual’ on my security camera

These witches of beast-wick must have been wicked hungry.
A Canadian nature lover’s attempt to capture wildlife on camera backfired terrifyingly after she inadvertently documented what appeared to be “naked witches eating a carcass” at night right by her house.
Social media posts depicting the alleged deer-crunching coven are currently blowing up online, with viewers speculating the nighttime noshers were conducting some sort of satanic ritual.
“I don’t know what the heck was up with that,” Corinea Stanhope, 36, told Kennedy News of the spine-tingling sight. “It really freaked us out, it’s not something you see every day.”
The Powell River native had reportedly been riding one of her horses when she came across a dead deer in her garden.
While most might’ve turned their nose up at the sight, the mother of three and her grandpa Bob, 76, decided to set up a camera to see if the carcass would attract any critters at night.

“Me and my grandpa put up a trail camera to see if we could see animals and we got a bobcat [on camera], which was pretty cool,” the Canuck described.
Little did she know, that wasn’t the only bloodthirsty beast they would catch on camera. “I came the next day and grandpa said he’d got naked people on the camera and I said ‘no you didn’t … bulls–t’ so he showed me,” Stanhope recalled.
The bone-chilling photos, taken just after sunset, showed two “disheveled”-looking women with long black hair obscuring their faces squatting over the dead deer and appearing to dine on its remains like something out of the 2014 horror flick “The Witch.”
The wicked hungry pair is completely naked except for what looks like loin cloths over their netherregions in the found footage horror film-esque scene.
“It looks like they have wigs on,” described Stanhope. “One looks like she has blonde hair underneath.”
She added, “You can’t really tell from the photos but the hoof was brought right up to her mouth.”
The aghast gal said she wasn’t sure if the so-called witches of beast-wick were “kissing it, smelling or eating it” but was nonetheless sickened by the ritual given the “the amount of bacteria” that was potentially on the “decaying carcass.”
Corinea Stanhope. “There’s rumors around town about a cult that collects animal bones,” said Stanhope. “I don’t know if it’s real or not.”Kennedy News & Media
Stanhope said she was especially “creeped” out because the impromptu carrion cuddling session occurred only two minutes from her house.
“I was concerned about them messing with my horses at night,” the medical practitioner said. “The horses always get really spooked and unnerved around that area.”
She added, “I thought they imagined stuff at first so I didn’t think anything of it. Maybe I believe them now.”

Social media seemed convinced that the Canadian had witnessed witches, a local cult or some other malevolent entity performing a demonic ritual.
“This is actually terrifying,” commented one viewer, while another posited, “That’s a skinwalker, they look ‘human’ so you come up to them and once you do you’re gone.”
“That’s basically a walking demon from hell,” theorized a third. “If you hear screaming stay inside and get a gun you leave it alone.”

One occult lover even postulated that the barenaked ladies were wendigos, native American spirits who possess people and turn them into cannibals.
“This creature has long been known among the Algonquian Ojibwe, Eastern Cree, Saulteaux, Westmain Swampy Cree, Naskapi, and Innu peoples,” reads their description on Legends of America. “They have described them as giants, many times larger than human beings.”
They added, “Although descriptions can vary somewhat, common to all these cultures is the view that the wendigo is a malevolent, cannibalistic, supernatural being strongly associated with winter, the north, coldness, famine, and starvation.”

Some commenters suggested they were part of some demonic cult, according to Stanhope.
“There’s rumors around town about a cult that collects animal bones. I don’t know if it’s real or not,” she said. “Some people have mentioned it since I posted the photos. A friend said they came across two people in the woods carrying some dead squirrels.”
A few concerned viewers even urged Stanhope to call the police, which she said she was tempted to do before her grandpa Bob pointed out that the duo wasn’t doing anything “illegal technically.”
“He was pretty mortified,” said the woman, who hopes that the deer diners were simply pulling a prank.
“I’m hoping they went for a walk in the day, saw the trail cam was set up and wanted to have a bit of fun with us or they’re on some good drugs,” she said.

What do you think? Be the first to comment.
Many social media commenters supported this theory, citing Stanhope’s aforementioned observation that the so-called “witches” had long blonde hair under their wild raven wigs.
Either way, perhaps these “The Craft” cosplayers should consider moving to New York, which was named the best city for witches in 2021, according to a study by Lawn Love.

Japan rocked by Pokémon card crime spree as thieves go to extravagant lengths to steal from shops

A Pokémon card crime spree has reportedly been sweeping Japan, with shop owners reporting tens of thousands of dollars in losses.

A new report from The Wall Street Journal details the extravagant lengths thieves have gone to steal these highly sought-after cards – some of which fetch for six figures.

Last August, thieves stole around 540 cards worth about $200,000 from a shop in Tokyo. And last month, thieves targeted a shop in Kyushu, stealing some 600 cards worth around $47,000, according to The Journal.

In another incident that defies belief, a man tied a rope to the top of a building and rappelled down the sixth floor where he smashed the window and stole a collection of Pokémon cards.

The suspect, who was eventually nabbed by police, said he used the skills he learned in his high school rock-climbing class.

Shop owners have taken to investing in more security, buying safes, or making copies of their collection for display, though such measures have cut into sales.

"Do you want to look at fake paintings on display when you visit a museum," Hosaka, a shop owner from the Tokyo suburb of Machida, asked The Journal.
