I followed your 'due south' advice. After many hundred miles of water im now in Japan.

Ok WW II, japanese factory, with korean slaves, bombed by the yankees..

Korean forced labor, coal mine that was likely dusted slightly by fallout.....it was never bombed.

It was torpedoed by US submarines due to its appearance., a coal mine that used Korean forced labor during WW2......and google earth street view went there.

oh i know it! its an strange abandoned city in an island that was used for mining, the island nowdays is complete desolate except for a bunch of buildings
