I continue to struggle to right my finances, and the forthcoming new Paracast site and online store are bound to help free me from having to seek donations.
The front desk at the motel expects payment today to stay here. I’ve been extending it a day or two at a time as I can afford it.
Just this morning, I saw what may be the perfect apartment, affordable for this area with lots of storage space. I am trying to raise the money to cover the move-in, which will be higher because of the credit situation. They may not even accept us, but I want to try. Motel living is supposed to be temporary to keep a roof over our heads, and we’ve been at these places far too long already.
I hope to resolve the PayPal situation soon, but now it means that recurring payments for ads and subscriptions go into a “black hole” until the balance is positive again. So I can’t use those payments for food and shelter.
