Take a look at JRM’s latest forum postings - that guy is truly amazing, it’s like trying to nail jello to the wall with him. How he gets by in day to day life I just can’t imgine. Maybe he wears loin cloth or an old sheet and lives a hermit type life on a hill somewhere moralising and pontificating with Constance? Forget trying to take over Paracast I he must be going for next Pope or Gandhi vacancy. Peace

Shameless as always. And a classic from his recent repertoire: in the cliffhanger from this installment our hero is about to plunge off a cliff, there seems to be no hope folks... but we'll hear from him in a day or two and he'll just be headed for the cliff again.
I'll give him this, he's good. Even after how many weeks of his stuff, I read this and think wow, is he finally going to be out in the street? But no, of course not. And I don't want to see him living in the street mind you, I just want him to start being honest and stop grasping at other people's cash. Which I expect will never ever happen.
And meanwhile J. Randall Murphy, good lord. Gene has found the perfect stooge there. If only anyone wanted to listen to him talk.

How can a person say that he is about to be thrown out onto the street for months at a time, and say it with a straight face? Can’t Steinberg see how ludicrous it is?
I have to believe that Murphy has completely taken over the Paracast show. Steinberg is merely the timekeeper these days. The Paracast is a vehicle to use for begging for money, nothing more. If Murphy can’t come up with a guest or a round table the show goes up in flames. No wonder Murphy is allowed to say and do as he pleases. Just don’t make a logical criticism. Those will be deleted in short order.

Steinberg may have a $1.35 in his PayPal account but he has to have a bank account with money in it. When you are in the Medicare program the government needs a way to extract your payment. Steinberg, of course, never mentions how much he might have in a checking account. It’s better to let everyone believe he doesn’t have a penny to his name.

has anyone ever read that "Attack of the Hemorrhoids" book by the way? On the few occasions when I now listen to a Paracast download - no matter how I quickly try to fast-forward the dreadful ads, I always seem to catch the first few seconds of that particular one

Yeah my uncle and my mother uses a government given debit account for his social security so that account is probably what medicare is also drawn off of and it is separate from Paypal...

I approached Gene to co author the book.
Gene said no. I am looking for a co author but given how bad Rocktoids is I am glad he said no.

I am enjoying guestron and DavidVincent's attempts to hold J. Randall Murphy's feet to the fire but I am also waiting for Gene to wake up and delete everything they've said.
Gene cannot tolerate questioning, scrutiny, analysis of his claims, since he is relying on an emotional reaction to open up wallets.
I've said before I believe it's entirely deliberate that Gene tries to keep no record of his shameless begging anywhere online. Which makes @SchemeGeneRC and the UFO Trail blog posts so valuable; just putting the record of his claims out there and maintaining that list is useful.
As J. Randall Murphy might say, people who are able to think for themselves can, when presented with such evidence, see through the claims.

"Scammers use the “time principle” to persuade us we need to act quickly before we can think rationally and exercise self-control."
Because Steinberg's victim pool has dwindled so much (due to Mr. Brewer's investigative reporting) Steinberg has literally gone down to "minutes" in his con e-mails. In one example, he wrote:
"Every day or two I confront the same crisis I get within a few hours or a few minutes of not having enough money to cover the mote
