The hypocrisy of Steinturd is astounding. He censors anyone disagreeing with him or mentioning his grifting. That has nothing to do with any rules or regulations. It is just him removing and editing anything he personally doesn't like.
He also doesn't have the balls to admit it so puts forward the idea that he must adhere to the rules set out in the forum terms without question. It's as if he has nothing to do with making those rules in the terms and conditions or with enforcing them.
In typical Steinturd fashion he pretends that it is just something that happens and the rules have nothing to do with him - they are just the same rules that every forum has and must be enforced - he has no choice (even though the enforcement of said rules only apply to any criticism of him).
Of course, being the pea brained idiot he is, he then kills his own assertion by making it clear that people on other forums don't have to enforce the kind of Stazi rules which he does.
He also continues to push the same crap about any place that disagrees with him or tries to inform people of his behaviour is a "hate forum".
I suppose the next level of Steinturdery will involve Chairman Gene insisting that all member of the forum have the same hairstyle as him.
Members will be required to cut a piece of long coarse haired carpet and place it on their heads whilst doing a Vulcan hand gesture and they will need to prove this by posting photos of themselves holding up a recent newspaper. They will also have to use this as their avatar in perpetuity to signal their continuing respect for their great leader.
Anyone failing to do so will be immediately banned for expressing "hatred" for the leader by disobeying him.

With Gene being an antisocial turd who spends all his time in his motel room (watching streaming TV with one eye and policing his dead forum with the other) and Don's full schedule of yelling at clouds it makes it tough for them to meet in person.
So I don't believe either of them actually "hang out" in the normal sense.
I do believe they occasionally manage to get together on the forum to stroke each other's egos though. Don also seems to like to butt in and out from time to time to yell at Randalbot (presumably because he has as much substance as a cloud).

No it's not. Unless Arizona and your particular part of it is some sort of bizarre anomaly the exact opposite is true in the current economic circumstances but of course you never did any research you just made that up to garner sympathy and explain why nobody wants to rent to you.
Lol I suspect they google Gene and decide that a professional squatter moving in isn't a good idea - since they will never get paid and they won't be able to rent to anyone else during the period when he locks himself away in their property and they need to get him forcibly evicted.

It is another "Schemey tell" where he reveals the magic behind the curtain of his scamming and doesn't even realise it because he is so dim.
Gene you will never ever be a qualified applicant, let alone amongst the "most qualified". Landlords aren't charities. They have mortgages to pay and the bare minimum for an applicant is someone who pays their rent - something which you never do.
Of course he had to beg for the motel payment too. Strange how you have been paying that just in the nick of time every day for nearly a year Gene. How do you explain that?

He does have a normal “Steinberg” life. He constantly moves from one place to the next because he won’t pay the rent. He can never have a stable life because he won’t work a job that actually pays money.

Exactly and that one simple bit of logic seems to escape him. He couldn't pay rent for an apartment yet can pay for almost a year of living in a motel which costs more.
I say mostly because he does occasionally seem to acknowledge this price difference in his begging emails although he never goes as far as to take it to its logical conclusion (i.e. explain how he is able to pay more when forced to in a motel situation but couldn't pay less in an apartment).
It really does suggest that Gene's problem is not an inability to pay, it is simply an unwillingness to pay. If he can get away with not paying (and even if he can't) he will try to avoid paying. It's like he has to keep pushing his luck.
In view of this a motel is the best place for him.

Towards the end of my time on the show, there was this one phone call where GS was moaning on and on about his financial situation, he told me that the landlord of this one apartment they were in was trying to oust them, and he gleefully told me they had not paid rent in a YEAR - he seemed oddly proud of this sleaziness, and when I admonished him for being so happy at ripping someone off, he replied, "what, have you never missed a rent payment"? He was shocked when I told him that no, not once had I ever missed a rent payment, much less even be late, he didn't say it, but I could tell he thought I was a bit of a mark for being honorable about meeting my financial obligations. There is a reason he never uses the words PLEASE and THANK YOU, he truly feels entitled to a comfy lifestyle without lifting a finger, and I suspect this has been his MO his entire adult life, based on recently finding out about his brother's financial success. Let him rot in a motel room, good riddance.

The fact that his extremely wealthy brother (and his family) cut Gene out of their lives speaks volumes - ditto for the son who moved to the other side of the world.
Not only does Gene seem to get some kind of bizarre gratification out of shafting other people out of money but it would seem that no amount of money would ever be enough for him - he will always manage to spend more - it is a bottomless pit.
Had his brother not taken the action he did Gene would probably have bankrupted him (and ruined his reputation) too. The son has unfortunately had his credit history tarnished by Gene already when he took out an apartment in his name and then refused to pay. The guy is toxic to all those around him, not just strangers but especially anyone who has the misfortune of being related to him.
