It didn't take him long to start whining and using the race card...A pathetic assumption that everyone judges by race...

Under-fire Eric Adams plays the race card: New NYC mayor suggests white reporters are racist in covering bail reforms and surging crime - and threatens to stop talking to press

Eric Adams suggested the negative coverage was due to white reporters and editors, and he threatened to stop speaking to the press if the negative coverage persisted on his bail reform efforts. Although Adams claimed that his meeting with New York Assembly leaders on Monday was constructive, his visit was described as unsuccessful by new outlets after assembly members said they would 'hold the line' on the bail reforms and Hochul announced that bail reform law would likely not be included in this year's annual budget.

The Durham probe isn't going away. Interesting that when I start Googling or DuckDuckGo-ing this story the NY Post pops up immediately but most major news outlets don't. The Post is a salacious rag but even a blind squirrel finds a nut occasionally. Like the stories about Hunter's laptops. The Enquirer has a way of doing the same thing - positively nailing it occasionally.

I am hoping this is when the elite on deck feels this strange rumble and are amused by playing with the ice that's suddenly all over the deck. You know, from the iceberg .......

I'd hope this would fall into the category I created of 'collapsing under the weight of your own bullshit'

Evidently she was not happy with how things had been handled.
Allison Gollust blasts CNN owner in fiery resignation letter

It was initially reported that Gollust, the network's chief marketing officer, would be staying but she has now left—and released a fiery letter blasting parent company WarnerMedia for its "disastrous handling" of the situation.

"WarnerMedia's statement tonight is an attempt to retaliate against me and change the media narrative in the wake of their disastrous handling of the last two weeks," Gollust wrote in the letter sent to colleagues, according to a CNN report.

The former marketing executive added: "It is deeply disappointing that after spending the past nine years defending and upholding CNN's highest standards of journalistic integrity, I would be treated this way as I leave. But I do so with my head held high, knowing that I gave my heart and soul to working with the finest journalists in the world."

Canada's House of Commons erupts after Trudeau accuses Jewish MP of supporting swastikas

The Canadian House of Commons erupted in shouts of condemnation Wednesday after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau replied to a Jewish member of Parliament by accusing members of the opposing Conservative Party of "standing with people who wave swastikas."

Trudeau, a member of the Liberal Party, made his comment in response to being grilled by Conservative MP Melissa Lantsman during a tense, emotional Question Period, which occurs every sitting day in the Canadian House of Commons when members of Parliament ask questions of government ministers, including the prime minister.

If Trudeau orders the police to drag away the Freedom Convoy he'll tear Canada apart and doom my country to become a polarized political nightmare like America, reports TARA HENLEY from Toronto

HENLEY: I fear that Canadians are headed for the sort of volatile, drawn-out, intractable conflict that tears societies apart. The same type of 'take no prisoners,' merciless discourse that has transformed America into an endless political battlefield, where opponents can never agree and seemingly nothing is ever resolved. Trudeau has demonized non-violent protest and encouraged Canadians to turn against one another. These tensions will not be bottled up by simply dragging the protesters away. They will only fester if they are not addressed, and, so far, Trudeau has refused to listen. I worry about what will become of my country if our citizens are not permitted to be heard. The Prime Minister must be a leader for all, not just those who agree with him. Let America's descent into a constantly politicized nightmare be a lesson. It's time to turn the temperature down, for the good of all Canadians.

I think western countries are more or less ungovernable now, and no political party can hope to gain popular support.

Yes, I think this is true, however, will this ungovernable status lead many western nations to collapse or to chaos and catastrophe?...That's quite possible given the ever widening divisions and lack of unity which has opened the doors to more and more violence and crime of all sorts...We are seeing more and more extremist actions politically from the left and right as well as more extremist actions from the populace because it's being encouraged more than ever...Some things are difficult to put back in the box once opened, radical idealism being one of those things and it could turn into a runaway train psychologically with far reaching and damaging effects for any country...

What does that mean, ungovernable?

Political parties are all the same. They tell you what they think you want to hear.

If we were ever able to get someone who was honest, true and determined, they would most likely be assassinated.
