David Duvall sued Novant Health in North Carolina, where he'd worked for five years as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications, and was lauded by colleagues and supervisors, in 2018. He says he was inexplicably terminated just days before reaching his five year work anniversary and replaced by two women, Vicky Free (bottom left) and Kate Everett (bottom right).

Woke Smith College student demands prestigious university installs tampon and sanitary pad dispensers in all MEN'S bathrooms so 'those with uteruses' can access the products they need

A student at one of America's most famous historically-female colleges implored bosses to install tampon and sanitary pad dispeners in men's bathrooms to be more inclusive to 'those with uteruses'

Smith College student writer Jade Mosely made the suggestion in a piece entitled Smith Has A Period Problem for the college's paper The Sophian. While the college, based in Northampton, Massachusetts is famed for being women only, it has started admitting male students to its graduate programs in recent years.

Mosely wrote that Smith's current policy on period products is indicative of the $56,000-a-year educational institution 'adopting a clandestine attitude towards menstruation to cater to cisgender men.'

Okay, serious question. Don't "recognized" transwomen use the woman's bathroom? What am I missing? Or is Jade literally ignorant of biology?

I think Jade means those of female sex who have 'transitioned' to being 'men' requiring access to female sanitary products in the men's room.

According to this new woke 'gender' ideology, gender identity and gender expression are separate. Gender identity is supposedly how someone feels, and gender expression is how they choose to show either a masculine or feminine appearance (by clothing, grooming practices, and use of hormones/surgery). For example, a biological female who 'identifies' as a man is likely entitled in this view to use of the men's room, even if they have done nothing to express this gender identity by electing to change their body by acquiring outwardly masculine traits through hormones or surgery.

I think that really kicked off when the USA Patriot Act became law and since 2001 it has been reauthorized a few times until expiring last year only because congress couldn't agree on a few key items within it...Trump wanted to make three key provisions of it permanent which is unacceptable...Do you think that the FBI or CIA have stopped using the methods that the Patriot Act allowed even though it has expired?...They've been employing greater freedom to encroach on our freedoms for 20 years now, I doubt they just stopped immediately because the Patriot Act expired...

Minnesota school board orders parents to announce their HOME ADDRESS before speaking at public meeting despite risk of making the targets for violence



The news comes amidst an ongoing battle between school board administrators and parents of school children nationwide, while raising security concerns for parents recently deemed 'domestic terrorists' in a memo sent last week by Attorney General Merrick Garland to the Biden administration. The chairwoman of the Mankato school board, Jodi Sapp, can be seen in the viral video telling a man that he cannot speak unless he announced his home address during an October 18 meeting. The man in question, John Wicklund, voiced his objections, but eventually provided his home address after attempting to negate doing so by citing concerns that his home could be targeted for vandalism. 'Each speaker is asked to state his or her name and home address for the record. Failure to do so will result in an individual not being allowed to speak,' Sapp read aloud. 'Each speaker is allowed three minutes to speak, and the board will alert the speaker when their time is up. Failure to stop speaking (in time) will result in the ability to participate in future open forums.'

A bit paranoid but I feel as if the 'ops' that have we have inflicted on other countries have been at work here for some time. DT was one of those unpredictable statistical anomalies that wasn't supposed to happen and everything we've been seeing and hearing since has been the reaction to the status quo being upset. Biden and Harris are utterly incompetent and yet they are there only because DT was turned into such a monster. They are obviously packaged and handled. Orangeman was literally the perfect target - he helped them dig the hole every time he opened his mouth. At last check he still down there digging. Still waiting for my bleach enema.

That said, please tell me we are really better off now than before. I'd rather have that idiot in there and a closed border. I doubt China and North Korea would be so willing to shoot off missiles. Been to get gas lately? Jesus.

There is one thing that galls me these days in the PC era. You can smear anyone who doesn’t agree with your agenda. You merely call someone a ‘racist’ or some other slur. All of a sudden you have to defend yourself from some vile humans. It’s the same as when someone would ask you when was the last time you beat your wife.

I am glad I am not in the public eye for any reason.

‘You are the problem': AT&T tells white staff they are racist, asks them to confess their white privilege and to promote 'Defund the Police’ as part of re-education program by CEO John Stankey

White employees of AT&T have been told to read an article saying that they are racist, are told to confess to their 'white privilege' and acknowledge 'systemic racism,' and must engage with set texts or else they will be penalized in their performance reviews.

AT&T, in the aftermath of the George Floyd murder, introduced an internal program called Listen Understand Act.

John Stankey, the CEO of AT&T, wrote to the company's 230,000 employees in an April 2021 email, obtained by journalist Christopher Rufo and published on his website.

Stankey, who took over as CEO in July 2020, urged his workers to make the most of the resources provided by AT&T's anti-racism portal.

'As individuals, we can make a difference by doing our part to advance racial equity and justice for all,' he wrote.

'If you are looking for tools to better educate and inform yourself on racial equality, resources are available at Listen. Understand. Act.

'We also encourage you to actively participate in our recently launched Equality First learning experience, a new initiative to increase awareness and action around our value to Stand for Equality.'

Most employees are not forced to engage with the Listen Understand Act program, but managers at AT&T are now assessed annually on diversity issues - with mandatory participation in programs such as discussion groups, book clubs, mentorship programs, and race reeducation exercises, according to Rufo's source.

Brittney Cooper (left and inset), 41, said that whiteness 'totally skews our view of everything,' adding that she 'thinks that white people are committed to being villains'. She made the shocking comments to The Root Institute's Michael Harriot during an online conference titled Unpacking The Attacks On Critical Race Theory. Cooper also said that 'white people's birth rates are going down' because they can't afford children but was sure to note that 'they kind of deserve it'. The Root Institute's description of the conversation called it 'a healthy dose of reality'. Cooper is a professor at Rutgers University (right) where she teaches classes on women's and genders studies
