Very tough. Got hit hard by all those Nor'easters in March. Had over a 5 foot snowpack in my backyard. Did about $6,000 worth of damage to my property. That's what comes with living in Vermont.

This happened last night... instead of a bunch of snow like predicted we got over an inch of ice. Broke a tree and took my car out. Lost power last night too and just got it back. Expecting another round of ice tonight before turning to plain rain tomorrow. I'm sick of this shit.

Snow here with gale force winds and freezing rain. 4 C to 12 C . Our Autumn Festival was destroyed yesterday by the bad weather. Still very windy but the snow flurries have stopped for now and the rain has eased.

Damn, we only got heavy rains and hail from the storm, it's the same storm I think reaching north to south into Florida...Real bummer about your car too, this is the good thing about insurance...

Dang thats a good sized limb there,sorry it landed on your car. The weathermen here in Okla have a hella time with predicting our weather. I had limbs fall on my powerline twice so i cleared the trees out along it, and wouldnt ya know a limb fell on the peoples line behind me and it pulled to pole so much it bent my riser again for a third time freezing rain sucks.. But as of lately i think i seen were we have had only 2.3 inchs of rain where i live in the last 4 months, and where all the fires are at in the NW part near the panhandle has only seen .4 of an inch in the last 4 months.

Friday we got thunder and rain until 11pm when it switched to sleet and freezing rain, then snow, then back to sleet and rain, then snow again and it stayed as snow and we ended up with about 5 inches. It all came with high gusty winds. Then last night it started to snow again and it got heavy and didn't stop until about 3pm today. We ended up with about 18" over the top of sleet and ice. My neighbors two sheds collapsed and his furnace room almost did before he got the snow off. Right now it is 24 degrees and expecting more snow tomorrow and Wed..

Normal high here is 58 degrees and normal low is 31 degrees. We were running about 30 degrees below normal.
